Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.

There are lot may reviews about the rooms , food and facilities. So I would like to give some reviews about the Manager Joydev and Team. Very Hardworking, polite and decent. Have a complete control on his team and manage things in no time. You order anything from room and you will get it in next 5 - 15 mins. They take care of the minutest details like serving instruments for each type of cuisine. Cutlery is world class, service is excellent. Rooms are good in the kind of prices you are paying. Improvement areas: Breakfast is monotonous (I stayed 2 days and no significant change in menu). You should include Sandwiches, Juices, Salads, Sprouts, muffins, croissants etc. Remember a good breakfast makes a day

The Hotel is centrally located with good transport facility. Restaurant food is good with very good ambience. The restaurant staff is very obedient especially the Supervisor Joydev is very good in Hotel management. Overall Good time in ginger.

The room was clean but the bathroom had a smell which was not going. The cupboard in the room had a door which didn’t allow full access. The AC was not cooling properly. The tv was not working
