Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.

The room was spacious enough well maintained clean washroom laundry bags available tea/coffee available *need to check for hot water as there is no geaser available

It was a pleasant stay with Ginger Pune, everything is upto standard nice and clean, Staff were helpful and understands customer needs. Beds, bedsheets, all were clean and tidy, food is also amazing We will recommend all to stay in Ginger Hotel.
