It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

They have an amazing staff. Chef Bikas cooked amazing meals. Miss Neha was excellent in her service. It feels good to have such a welcoming staff. Miss Kuntala too provided a commendable service. We loved everything about the hotel but it needs to improve on the housekeeping part.
