Hotel stay is good. However, service was not received properly. Once you have checked in they don't ask for anything like water or cleaning the room. I know my breakfast was not included in the package but in 3 days of span, they have not inquired about basic things that are complimentary in most of the hotels like water, tea/coffee, and cleaning.

Our stay at my bizz hotel sapna, pune was good. They upgraded our room without any request which was a pleasant surprise. Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Location is very convenient and all prime spots are easily accessible. It would help if they can provide coffee, tea, milk powder sachets and kettle for boiling in the room. Also, kindly renovate your water heating system in the bathroom as lot of water has to be wasted before hot water is available. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, primarily due to the behavior of one staff member. The person stationed next to the computer was incredibly rude and unprofessional, despite us approaching them politely and patiently. Their attitude was uncalled for and completely ruined the experience for us.
On a positive note, the other amenities at the hotel were good, and the rest of the staff was cooperative and helpful. However, because of the unpleasant interaction with this individual, I cannot recommend staying here. It overshadowed what could have otherwise been a pleasant experience.
