At first, I liked my stay here, which is why I decided to rebook. However, during my second visit, I noticed several issues that changed my perception. The biggest concern was cleanliness—there were too many cockroaches, even in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, I was surprised that there was no tap, only a shower, which made things inconvenient. I hope the management addresses these issues because the place has potential, but hygiene and basic facilities need improvement.

Requested an early check in but no one assisted me till check in. After checking in, i wanted to reverse the upgraded room given by mmt, but again no assistance from anyone. Breakfast menu was too limited and wasn't enough tables to sit for a couple

I had already paid to the hotel in advance and later they said that they will be shifting me to other property because there is some technical issue. I went there and later they said that that property is also full and made me move to another, after reaching there the property they offered had pathetic room with no ventilation. I requested them to give me the rooms for the category i had booked. And after so much heated conversation they gave me room at 12am at the same property i had booked

Property is good, rooms are good, service is average, food is good, staff is not so good and polite, front desk is slow, we request for 1 hour early check inn. But just opposite they gave us room 1 hour late. So funny and unprofessional for botel like this where you are claiming for 3 star and charging. Although food is good but breakfast has limited varity and agian service staff of kitchen is not good. They dont have any thing live. Like if you ask dosa or cold coffee or something else which is so genral. They dont have anything even omlette is not there.
