No little early check in allowed
room is very connected cockroaches were in restaurant as well as in rooms no guest friendly as denied for breakfast
have requested them to provide breakfast on day of check in as i’ll have to leave very early at 5 am but they denied

The hotel was old, but renovation was done. The breakfast spread and quality was really good. Room was decent but could've been better. The bathroom needed cleaning and fresh linen had to be asked for. However it was a decent stay and the location was handy.

Hotel location is good but hotel reception staff are not professional. Not understanding the basic working method. Room bed quality is very worst room service poor and food quality ok ok and food charges very high. They don't have concern about customer satisfaction. No manager available. I will not not prefer this hotel. Executive rooms are very bad. Deluxe rooms quite good but staff is not interested to work in hotel

Very bad experience, booked super deluxe ac room of rs 4500 per night by paying advance, but they gave me executive room of rs 2500 per night. My room was given to another guest. Both make mytrip and hotel person assured to return back one night amount, but, they denied after wards. Very bad experience both with make my trip and kala sagar hotel
