Although room booked was twin sharing all the amenities were provided as single person. We have to remind them twice for the same.

I stayed at the Hotel Ramee Grand for couple of nights while of family visit. Its location on Apte road is extremely central and convenient. I liked the breakfast as it also had nicely cooked local dishes (Poha, Sabudana Khichadi) too. Muttuswamy Restaurant has authentic South Indian cuisine making it very special. Mango Aamraas thali was highlight for dinner. Rooms are of decent size and outside has good light and air.
If I have to suggest bakery section of breakfast buffet can be better, also spa rooms and experience can be improved.

Location is central and good, overall ambience is good but service is average. Breakfast was not at all good and service was terrible. There was no cutlery on table, had to ask repeatedly . We asked for butter but were told it’s over and the store is closed. Overall an average experience
