I had to wait 20 minutes to check in because they couldn’t find my name in their system. Once they finally gave me a room, the door’s entry mechanism stopped working, meaning I had to call someone to let me in every time I left the room. Although the tech team assured me it would be fixed in a few minutes, I ended up dealing with this issue five times throughout the day before they finally agreed to change my room. This hotel markets itself as a 4-star property, but the experience feels more like a 2-star.
