Facility was good, but bathroom was okay, whereas no facility of breakfast was given whereas it was included in my package. Overall, it was a good experience

The pillows were unclean. The washroom had an open window with only paper hanging. The water provided to us was in unsealed bottles. Overall management was bad and lacked basic cooperation and understanding.

Very poor in hygiene and cleanliness, in the name of breakfast they served upma only and tea. In room free water was tap water filled in plastic water bottles. The property needs a lot of maintenance.

*1/5 stars - disappointing stay with poor cleanliness and service* i recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, and i must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. from the moment i checked in, i was struck by the sheer lack of attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. *dirty room and outdated decor* the room itself was not clean, with visible stains and dirt on the floor. the walls were old and worn, with peeling paint and cracks that seemed to stretch on forever. it was clear that the room had not been properly maintained in some time. *unhygienic bathroom* but the bathroom was perhaps the worst part of the experience. it was dirty and poorly maintained, with a lingering stench that seemed to permeate every corner of the room. i've seen better-maintained bathrooms at public facilities, and it was truly appalling to see such a lack of attention to hygiene. *inadequate amenities* to add insult to injury, the blanket provided was small, dirty, and emitted a strange smell that was impossible to ignore. and despite there being two of us staying in the room, we were only provided with one towel. it was a clear indication that the establishment was not interested in providing even the most basic level of service. *poor service* overall, my experience at this establishment was bitterly disappointing. the lack of cleanliness, outdated decor, and inadequate amenities all combined to create a stay that was truly subpar. i would not recommend this place to anyone, and i would caution others to steer clear of such a poorly managed establishment. *rating breakdown* - cleanliness: 1/5 - service: 1/5 - amenities: 1/5 - value: 1/5 - overall: 1/5 *recommendation* avoid this establishment at all costs. there are far better options available that offer cleaner rooms, better amenities, and superior service.. i dont want any discount. 🙏

I had a terrible one-day stay at a hotel that I booked last minute. The pictures made it look decent, but as soon as I arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. The lobby smelled musty. When I got to my room, the nightmare continued. The door handle was loose, and I had to jiggle it multiple times just to get in. Inside, the carpet was stained, the bed looked like it hadn’t been properly made, and worst of all, there was a weird smell—like a mix of mildew and something rotten. I checked the bathroom, and the towels were damp Hoping to make the most of it, I decided to order room service, but the phone in my room didn’t work. By morning, I couldn’t wait to leave. When I went to check out, the receptionist didn’t even ask how my stay was. I was so exhausted and annoyed that I just grabbed my bags and left. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I made sure to leave a detailed review warning others to stay far away.

The rooms were average but apt for solo travelers and budget minded people. The staff here are friendly. Addition of a kitchen in-house would be great.
