Hotel Scaletta is in a great location, about 3 minutes walk from the amphitheatre and start of the historic city. Parking is a few minutes walk away so its best to drop your bags first. Check in was fabulous, very helpful and friendly and even showed me a video of how to get to the parking after I parked in the wrong place. Our room was a good size with both AC and window shutters and lovely decor and personal touches. There was no kettle (a pain for me as I usually have my first tea at 6AM) although you could get tea and coffee from the restaurant downstairs. We also found the internet connection kept dropping so ended up tethering our mobiles to use instead. Breakfast was outside and down the steps to a room under the hotel, a large and grand location. Breakfast was included in the price and a good start to the day but the choice was more limited than the other hotels on this trip. A good value for money break though.

Piccolo ma comodo hotel, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus e a due passi dall'anfiteatro. I giovani titolari ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Camera comoda e spaziosa, anche il bagno della giusta misura non risulta stretto o soffocante. Al momento la colazione è servita nella sala ex ristorante ai piedi della scalinata. Offerta varia tra dolce e salato.

Wonderful hotel - very nice breakfast - extremely helpful staff. The room was exactly what I was looking for, very close to the Pula Arena (Ampitheatre) and the bus station, for a 1-night stay. The hotel staff helped with all of my questions and was very helpful when I needed language help.

Les avis précédents datent de 2021 pour le plus récent. Malgré un accueil sympathique nous ne pouvons dire que nous avons été satisfaits : la chambre donnant sur la rue est très bruyante, l'accès est malaisé avec des bagages car l'entrée donne sur une rue en escaliers et après il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, le petit déjeuner dans une petite salle est composé principalement d'aliments industriels emballés sous plastique (croissants etc). Autres désagréments qui je pense sont ponctuels mais qui sont tombés sur nous : notre baignoire était sale, avec des poils, la dame du ménage a dû secouer un tapis sans la rincer, le temps de porter nos bagages à l'hôtel nos avons reçu une amende (5 mn), le parking n'est pas tout proche...bref je pense que l'hôtel a connu des jours meilleurs mais il n'est plus au niveau d'un 3*, 2* seraient plus appropriées. Nous avons changé de chambre pour une située à l'arrière au 2eme étage. Mauvaise expérience, il faut revoir la copie car un problème ponctuel peut toujours se produire et nous sommes assez patients mais là nous avons rencontré tout de même trop d'insatisfaction.

Location: nel pieno centro di pola, NON HA PARCHEGGIO, un B&B per i servizi offerti, camera con bagno privato piccola ma pulita. Servizi: colazione di qualità molto bassa, tutto confezionato, non da hotel. Conto: rapporto qualità prezzo appena sufficiente, c'è di meglio.

Heerlijke eenpersoonskamer. Snachts stil. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. En superlieve mensen. Ik werd zelfs geholpen met inparkeren op n hele krappe plek, omdat de dame achter de balue perse wilde dat ik een gratis parkeerplek had!

It is more of a B&B than a 3-star hotel: the reception is only open to receive customers and for breakfast; you are given a key which, in addition to the room, also opens the external door. So you are autonomous. However, the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom has a good shower (no bidet), the lady (the only one who speaks a bit of Italian) is very kind and affable. The bed was not comfortable: very soft pillows and non-breathable duvet. Breakfast with limited choice

Very nice and lovely place, good located with very kind and polite staff. Rooms are very nice and clean and they have all that you need for a great holiday. The noise could be better and that's all :)

Great location around 20 minutes from the airport,super friendly staff,the hotel is very clean and the rooms are great,breakfast is buffet style with a good choice of food,hotel is within walking distance of coliseum and town centre.will definitely return.
