The hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating.
The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive.
Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment.
ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception.
If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas, no tiene servicio en la habitación, no tiene teléfono en la habitación si necesitas contactar la recepción tienes que bajar. El restaurante es solo para quien tiene la pensión completa , nosotros tuvimos una emergencia porque uno se encontró mal y dijeron que no era posible que una persona fuera a cenar porque ya eran las 19 de la tarde y no se podía juntar 1 persona para cenar. La sombrilla y las tumbonas en la playa tenías que pagarla 20 euros por día. Muchas actividades en la piscina todo el día y por la noche hasta las 12 con música y actividades ( si una persona quiere relajarse o descansar es difícil)

Dans l ensemble cetait bien mais le service etait trop monotache (chacun sa fonction) et ca nous a couté des activités malheureusement. Seulement le service de conciergerie etait efficace

Le stanze sono obsolete. Materasso matrimoniale non comodo. Peggio ancora il divano letto per i bambini. Bagno e doccia discutibile per il prezzo. Piscina e spiaggia ok.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Flamingo Hotel. La struttura è molto carina e gli spazi all'aperto ben tenuti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il personale è gentile e quando ci incontravano ci rivolgevano un saluto e un sorriso, sia che fosse la signora delle pulizie o il giardiniere. I ragazzi dell'animazione sono stati instancabili; sempre pronti a intrattenerci con musica, giochi o attività fitness. Abbiamo mangiato al Wild Duck dove il Maître ci accoglieva con professionalità e gentilezza. Aveva occhi per tutti ma in un attimo era al nostro tavolo se ce n'era bisogno. Non da meno i camerieri, sorridenti e pronti a esaudire ogni richiesta. Io sono celiaca ma ho potuto gustare ottimo cibo grazie al fatto che sono tutti ben preparati e informati in materia. Unica pecca l'accesso al mare perché nel primo tratto ci sono i sassi e, non essendoci una passerella servono le scarpette adatte. Fortunatamente la struttura ha una bellissima piscina che ci ha permesso di trascorrere una bella giornata in un giorno di forte vento e di mare mosso.

Struttura datata ma ancora funzionale per rilassarsi e mangiare un buon cibo. Necessita di miglioramenti nella palestra e nel centro benessere. Il personale è molto cortese.
