Très belle résidence, avec un extérieur entretenu, une piscine extérieure avec transats, parasols. Un surveillant de baignade, donc il y a des horaires pour accéder à la piscine. La plage et à quelques minutes à pieds en traversant d'autres résidences . Le logement dans lequel nous étions était grand, propres avec une terrasse. Une cuisine bien équipée. Vous pouvez vous restaurer sur place avec des pizzas, chip's, glaces . Dommage, pas de machine à laver dans le logement. Il a un service de lavomatique payant dans la résidence. Très mal insonorisé. Véhicule garé sur un parking et non devant les appartements.

Residence pulito. Abbiamo preso un bilocale. Favoloso all'interno con un bellissimo terrazzino. Un parco curato. Piscina. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con professionalità e gentilezza. Appartamento dotato di asciugamani e biancheria da letto. Unico appunto (se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto) da rivedere l'illuminazione per l'ingresso sulla strada principale. Di sera si fa difficoltà a vedere dove svoltare. Per il resto impeccabile.

Al mio arrivo mi è stato richiesto un supplemento di 150 euro mentre avevo già pagato l'integralità del soggiorno su Booking. Non mi era mai capitato prima. Mi è stato detto che c'era un forfait di 10 euro a persona e a giornata da pagare e 70 euro di pulizia di fine soggiorno. Cose che non compariva da nessuna parte sulla mia prenotazione. E che senza pagare, non mi potevano dare la camera (erano le 19 e ero da sola con mia figlia). Quindi ho dovuto per forza pagare. Mi hanno assicurato che sarei rimborsata invece Booking mi ha rinviato continuamente da loro e vice versa. Ovviamente, mai ricevuto nessun rimborso. In più: strada sterrata per arrivare, ottimo per rovinare le gomme delle macchine. Piscina abbastanza pulita ma pulizia assente per gli intorni (sdrai, tavoli...) Appartamento poco luminoso e che non c'entrava con le foto.

The apartment was tidy and had everything needed. It was right next to the beach but far away from any other amenities. It wasn't connected to the main hotel, which was confusing but the hotel staff were lovely, especially Massimo at the cafe.

Iniziamo il racconto di questa bellissima struttura… vi invito a vedere le foto.. Prenoto tramite una piattaforma ufficiale (Booking) per un totale di 238,00 dove includeva tutti i costi esclusi giustamente le tasse di soggiorno. Quindi al nostro arrivo avrei dovuto pagare solo le tasse. Arriviamo al check-in Iniziamo ad indicare costi che neppure loro sanno 20 euro forfettario 40 di non so cosa E poi 90 euro di pulizie finale! Premetto controllo e ricontrollo da nessuna parte vengono menzionati questi benedetti 90,00€ iniziamo a sparlare che loro non sanno nulla che loro non sapevano neppure chi fossimo ma comunque volevano i 90.00€. Pago i 90.00€ Ok Al nostro check-out non viene rilasciata nessuna ricevuta dove dichiara il costo dei 90€ pagato con il mio nome, chiamo e richiamo e loro continuano a rifiutare di inviarmi la ricevuta e continuano a mandare uno scontrino. Premetto io ho pagato con il bancomat e posso tranquillamente dimostrare. Loro non so cosa potranno dimostrare… Arriviamo alla casa…………….. Un ricettacolo di muffa! Non si poteva stare dalla puzza! Ma allo stesso tempo non si possono lasciare le finestre aperte perché non ci sono né zanzariere ne delle tende! Quello che fanno vedere nelle foto è forse quello che loro vorrebbero… ma la realtà è ben altra! Sporco vecchio lugubre mal odorante e neppure rilassate! Le pareti e finestre sono talmente sottili che se per sbaglio uno starnutisce il vicino può tranquillamente dire “salute” . Se volete passare una vacanza bella, ecco non passate per questa…. Se potessi dare 0 lo darei… ma anche 0 è un voto questo posto non merita neppure questo

Splendido residence,appartamenti comodi e puliti,forniti di tutti i comfort, luogo ben tenuto con bellissima piscina. Nelle vicinanze il centro di Pula con supermercati e ristoranti, nelle vicinanze spiagge bellissime, lo consiglio vivamente.

Nous avions tout payé via lastminute, en arrivant à 19h30 les femmes de l'acceuil exigent que l'on paie 80 euros de frais de ménage + 10 € /personne/nuit soit 60 euros pour 2 pour 3 nuits donc déjà 140 euros en plus. D'ailleurs je viens de voir qu'elles nous ont arnaqué car les taxes de séjour seraient de 0,50 € / nuit par personne. Elles nous demandent également de laisser une caution de 200 euros mais le ticket de reçu de carte bleue ne s'imprime pas car elles avaient mis la bobine à l'envers... du coup pas de ticket pour les 200 euros elles ont fini le lendemain à réécrire à la main le ticket sur une feuille en papier que j'ai pu prendre en photo... Très professionnel. La wifi ne capte pas dans les chambres/apparts. L'ordinateur de la réception ne fonctionnait pas la moitié du temps ou ne captait pas internet ce qui fait qu'elles prenaient extrêmement de temps pour tout, pour nous enregistrer le premier soir etc... Elles n'ont rien voulu savoir concernant les frais de ménage à payer et refusaient de nous donner les clés de la chambre tant que nous ne payions pas les 140 euros. Dommage car sinon l'hôtel est très bien et belle piscine. Par contre pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel seulement un snack bar
