The hotel is beautifully landscaped with lots of plants and is very well maintained. The staff at reception and at breakfast are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel was not prepared for the number of guests at the end of the season, so there were not enough tables at breakfast and breakfast was only available hesitantly. The breakfast was very good by Italian standards, with something for everyone. Nice big outdoor pool, but only a shuttle to the beach without its own lounger or umbrella service. So we had to rent our loungers from another hotel. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Inizio dall’unica pecca della struttura: non è sul mare, e la navetta gratuita porta nella spiaggia di Nora, che ha poco a vedere con le splendide spiagge di Chia, per le quali è necessaria l’auto. Tolto il difetto, tutti gli altri sono pregi di gran livello. Primo tra tutti l’accoglienza e disponibilità del personale, sempre attento e gentile. Le camere sono immerse in un meraviglioso ed enorme giardino e sono dotate di tutti i comfort, non manca davvero nulla. La piscina è molto bella. La sera a piedi di raggiunge in 10 minuti il centro di Pula, molto allegro e vivace. La colazione è ottima, varia ed abbondante, come la cena è all’aperto vista piscina. E la cena….davvero una sorpresa. Non ho mai trovato nel ristorante di un albergo una cena di questo livello, piatti veramente curati e ricercati, non abbondanti ma dopo antipasto, primo, secondo, contorno e dolce veramente ottimi non ce ne era più per nessuno. L’unica sera che sono rimasta scontenta è quando il cuoco ha proposto la cena giapponese…..certo sempre di qualità, ma ci sono rimasta male…. Mi sento a credito di una cena!! :)

buongiorno sono stato al resort dal 31 di luglio a domenica 3 agosto e devo dire ad una struttura funzionale ed in linea con le recensioni precedenti non sono seguiti i servizi degni di un resort a quattro stelle, forse la pecca originaria è perché siamo sardi? All'arrivo ore 11.30 circa, considerato che da una mia richiesta via email precedente mi era stato comunicato che potevo arrivare a qualsiasi orario, mi viene comunicato che la stanza era ancora occupata e che molto probabilmente gli occupanti erano SARDI e che NOI tardiamo e ci prendiamo tutto il tempo della prenotazione....e ci si dice di andarci a fare un giro a Pula e di provare a chiamare per sapere se la camera è libera alle 13:00 o forse meglio alle 14:00. Il fatto sicuramente meno in linea con un resort quattro stelle è il fatto che in tre notti di pernottamento non sono mai state cambiate lenzuola...per non parlare della cena del sabato 2 agosto dove abbiamo dovuto chiedere del pane fresco perchè quello servito era solo di un paio di giorni molto duro...Luoghi del sud Sardegna e struttura del resort bellissimi mentre i servizi del resort non sono da classificare da 4 stelle ed è un vero peccato, la poca professionalità e la maleducazione regnano sovrani! Good morning, I stayed at the resort from July 31st to Sunday, August 3rd, and I must say that the functional facilities, consistent with previous reviews, weren't matched by the services worthy of a four-star resort. Perhaps the original flaw is that we're Sardinian? Upon arrival at around 11:30 a.m., considering that I'd previously requested via email that I could arrive at any time, I was informed that the room was still occupied and that the occupants were most likely SARDINIAN, and that WE were late and taking all the time we'd booked... and we were told to go take a look around Pula and try calling to see if the room was available at 1:00 p.m. or perhaps better at 2:00 p.m. What's certainly least in keeping with a four-star resort is the fact that in three nights' stay the sheets were never changed... not to mention the dinner on Saturday, August 2nd, where we had to ask for fresh bread because the one served was only a couple of days old and very hard... The locations in southern Sardinia and the resort structure are beautiful, but the resort's services do not deserve a 4-star rating, and that's a real shame; lack of professionalism and rudeness reign supreme!
