Nothing but good things to say about Kalea Villa. Their manager, Fani was very attentive, she had contacted me prior to check in to ensure the room would be ready in time, i informed that i would be a little late and they waited for me to settle in. The staffs were also friendly they suggested us places to go for food and sunsets which was very helpful since we didnt detail out our plans here, we just wanted to do whatever for the day. They also helped to arrange motorbike rentals and airport transfer at a reasonable price. The villa was perfect, it was beautiful, private, clean, as expected from the pictures. And their services just made the whole stay very enjoyable for us.

L'endroit est idéal si vous ne voulez pas croiser les autres voyageurs. Situées dans un endroit calme, les villas offrent une grande tranquillité. Les déjeunés sont servis dans la villa et il n'y a pas d'endroit commun. Le fitness ne se trouve pas non plus dans le complexe mais à quelques minutes à pieds. Il n'appartient pas aux villas. Nous n'avons donc croisé personne. Les villas se situent un peu en dehors du centre, à environ 15 minutes à pieds et la réception propose des scooters à louer. Bien que lorsque nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait personne à le réception et qu'il a fallu les appeler et qu'ensuite nous sommes arrivés dans la villas et que la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas (nous avons du aller aux toilettes du staff jusqu'au lendemain), nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour. Le confort du lit laisse tout de même un peu à désirer ....

Ich habe 3 tage und zwei nächte gebucht und habe dann ein nacht zusätzlich gebucht weil es mir ihr so sehr gefallen hat. Eigener pool eigene villa sehr ruhig und sehr nettes personal. Danke an alle ihr macht ein guten job.

highlight to the private pool, with enough sun it makes the water warm enough yet refreshing to swim in the middle of Kuta's weather. the atmosphere during the night was also calming and peaceful, we can hear frog and cricket sound that lullaby us to fall asleep. location wise, close enough to center where restaurants and cafes yet calm enough from the busy street. customer service was fantastic, all you need is asked then the manager will happily help you. one of a kind experienced in Kuta, Lombok!

The Villa was very clean and people were very helpful, Great pool and nice little private space. Nice garden and green plants Location was nice, quiet neighborhood yet central we enjoy the stay and definitely recommend the place. we love our stay.

I stayed at Kalea Villas with my family for almost a week. I have to say I rarely write reviews, but i also rarely experienced such a pleasant stay like this one. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed by the manager Fani, who has been helpful throughout our whole stay. Wether it was for renting a scooter, asking where the best beaches are and which are the best restaurants in town, any help or request concerning our stay it didn’t matter she was there to help and it did make our stay so much easier. We’ve also met the owners, lovely people who really care about their customers. In the villa, everything was clean and well organized, and our child really enjoyed the pool and the tv with good working WiFi. The location of the villa’s are also great. With a scooter it’s just a 2 minute drive to the big street with all the restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and hopefully, we will soon come back to enjoy it again.

Super schöne Villen! Sehr ruhig und privat. Toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Nette Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Fany. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Fussläufig alles erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
