Hello team! Regarding this hostel, tell you that it has been the worst I have been sadly , I have been traveling for several months in Asia and this has never happened to us. First, they have charged us more than the quality that the hostel had, the photos come out totally different from what you see when you arrive and what they charge you. No hot water, no Wi-Fi, very poor accessibility upon arrival since it is a kilometer in nowhere with a bad road and total darkness, holes in the room that, being in the middle of the forest, any bug can enter. But that was not the worst ! The worst thing was the treatment they gave us! we asked for the money back in a very good manner and when we arrived the owner began to shout at us to insult us and threaten us, they surrounded us with 5-7 people with sticks and stones telling us to get out of there trying to get our things … obviously after seeing that We ran away without being able to say anything since we were alone and in the middle of nowhere. We do not ask for the best qualities since we are backpackers and we want to sleep well, just quality - price and above all safety!!! Don't let the same thing happen to us! Not Safe!

Just start by saying that without sleeping there any night I lost more than 1,200,000 rupees. The owner is grumpy, rude, aggressive and violent. After arriving at the accommodation and seeing that his photos on Booking had nothing to do with reality (dirt, bathroom without water, no Wi-Fi, humidity, holes in the walls, semi-fallen sink ceiling, path to the venue impossible for the taxi driver so we had to walk more than half kilometre between rocks) we tried to get in touch with the owner to try to show him our discontent and be able to solve it in some way, but his response was a mixture of rudeness, aggressiveness and violence. His first sentence after showing his discontent was: I don’t force anyone to be in my house, so collect your things and go (obviously without the refund of the reservation). After telling him that we didn't think his manners were fair, he cowardly sent two of his workers to scare us away. But after our refusal to leave without getting our money back, he appeared after two hours out of his mind, aggressive, rude and violent. He entered to our rooms grabbing our backpacks and taking them out to the room and throwing them on the street. After seeing that we were not going to leave in any way, he began to call more workers who surrounded us with bamboo sticks in their hands, threatening to hit us and yelling at us letting us know that our money was now theirs and that they weren’t going to return it. We were calling *********** to have a solution and the page keeps trying to contact him, even though he already told us that he wouldn’t do any kind of case. It has been the most violent and unpleasant experience that I’ve ever lived anywhere. There are a thousand better located sites, with better conditions and with a similar price in Kuta lombok, in addition to the fact that you’ll run the risk of being attacked or yelled at if something is not to your liking. From here tell the owner that life returns all the evil you do, and scaring 4 tourists on their vacations with the motive of stealing their money, is really disgusting. Be careful with this homestay.

The worst experience we have ever had. I will try to summarise it briefly: It all starts on the way to the Hotel, when our taxi must leave us more than 500 m away because the road that leads to the Hotel is under construction and with many access difficulties. So the taxi driver had to leave us halfway and go loaded with our bags along a path full of rocks and in the middle of the field until we reached our destination. Once we have arrived at the hotel, we realize that the room has nothing to do with the photos that *********** offers on the website: holes in the walls through which you can see the outside, mold and cobwebs on the ceilings and corners, dirt, low water pressure, and obviously no wifi. After being dissatisfied, we tried to contact the owner by phone. We ask you please if it is possible to return the reservation money to us because the photos that they sell in Booking have nothing to do with reality. To which the owner answers briefly and concisely: “I do not force anyone to stay in my hotel, so you can leave whenever you want.” After receiving that response, we asked him if it was possible to talk with him in person, to which he replied that until tomorrow we will not be able to speak with him, but even so there will be no option for the refund. After several attempts conversing kindly with the hotel staff, the owner appears yelling at us and throwing us out of the premises in a very rude manner. To the point of entering my room and starting to grab my personal belongings and very aggressively remove them from the room. It is at this moment that the situation has become very tense because several boys have begun to corner us and even brought bamboo sticks with which they have begun to threaten us. The final conclusion is that we have contacted booking but not having any kind of response from the owner, they have not been able to refund us yet. It must also be said that we have offered the owner to speak with the company agent but he has refused at all times and that is the reason why he has begun to threaten us in such an aggressive way. I wouldn’t like to imagine this kind of situation with a family with kids. It must be said that this person is not in a position to work in front of the public. It is not only that he has been unprofessional and rude, but he has been aggressive and honestly, we have been really scared. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR THE SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS
