Nice boutique hotel with restaurant. Spacious, quiet, and well equipped rooms, which look that used to be luxurious, but now it needs more maintenance and cleaning. Broken sliding doors, many dust in the corners, scale in kettle, etc. Not the best wifi. Very pleasant staff.

Provided conditions:
- what a disappointment it was to get a room with a window in the wall and no sunlight (photo of the window attached)
- a lot of dust on the window and cobwebs on the ceiling
- the Internet did not work on the first day, I had to set it up with the staff
- the broken lid of the kettle seemed like a trifle
- the door to the bathroom was very difficult to close
- the neighbors were not heard
- towels were changed, tea, coffee and water daily
- the territory is well-kept and clean
- a cute family of cats periodically meowed loudly in the evening, but it did not bother us

Nice place and very near to vacation places. Services are execellent and facilities are more then enough. Foods are tasty as well.

Super lovely staff, spacious rooms and very clean. Felt so luxury for a great price. You can walk to a small supermarket and various warungs easily. The Main Street is approx 10 mins walk but most people prefer to scooter.
The only negative is that it is close to a mosque, which you could hear from our room so we did get woken up by the prayer. So if you are a light sleeper it may not be the best option. We’d definitely book again!

The hotel was clean and the room was in good condition, but overall this hotel lacked any real atmosphere - it felt like we were the only people staying here. However, we were only a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of Kuta
