First, the shortcomings: 1. This house opened in March, so the room smelled very big. The front desk said to give me 2 aromatherapy, but I brought one. There were too many people to say that there was no extra! 2. Before going out to play the next day, I specially hung the sign to be cleaned on the door and pressed the button to clean it. As a result, the room was not cleaned at 3 o'clock after playing. I think there may be more than 51 people. I just rested in the room. I plan to go out for food at 7 o'clock. I haven't cleaned it yet, so I called the front desk. Just arranged for someone to come over. I asked the cleaning, why didn't I come to clean, and said that I didn't receive a notice! It means forget to clean for me? I have lived in so many hotels and I will forget the cleaning for the first time, and I also hung up the cleaning sign! Secondly, the room was very clean, including every corner. The environment is also very good, with complete facilities. The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, hot water comes out as soon as it is turned on, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. I thought that the status of room 4 should be okay, but I was unexpectedly rejected... Maybe I am used to being able to agree to check out at 2 o'clock when staying in a five-star hotel. I was shocked. I agreed to delay it to one o'clock. That's it... When checking in, there was a room that was not given to us until after 4 o'clock, but I didn't mention it. Forget it. The three-day experience was originally very good, but the incident at the end of check-out was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel is still very good. I hope they can be more flexible in this regard.
