RRolixThe hotel was located in calm environment which was about twenty five minutes drive away from the city center. This made it a perfect location for relaxation and getting away from hassle of the city. This location also allowed for easy access to malls and lovely scenic views. Additionally, it was opposite the Sheraton Hotel.
The staff was quite hospitable, providing a quick check in time. The room had a modern and unique layout. However, there was a leak at the face basin which caused the washroom area to be wet and hard to easily maneuver. After notifying front desk the leak was promptly fixed.
Finally, breakfast was good but it lacked variety in Western as well as Chinese dishes. We hope to see more added to the breakfast option.
All in all, it was a good stay and we will definitely recommend it for a romantic get away or just relaxation time.

There is a large terrace with swings and slides. Children love it. The room has automatic curtains and floor-to-ceiling windows. The room service is basically responsive. There is an indoor heated swimming pool. The children went there every day for three days. The water quality is good and there are not many people. It would be great if there were some parent-child water facilities. It is also great at present. There is a children's playground on the second floor. The area is not large but it has everything. It is completely fine to spend 2-3 hours here. There is also a large outdoor children's playground on the opposite side of Wanfeng. You can borrow a card from the supermarket downstairs. The weather is too hot and the children left after staying for a while. When checking out, I hope to delay it to 2 o'clock. I thought that the status of room 4 should be okay, but I was unexpectedly rejected... Maybe I am used to being able to agree to check out at 2 o'clock when staying in a five-star hotel. I was shocked. I agreed to delay it to one o'clock. That's it... When checking in, there was a room that was not given to us until after 4 o'clock, but I didn't mention it. Forget it. The three-day experience was originally very good, but the incident at the end of check-out was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel is still very good. I hope they can be more flexible in this regard.

GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations! The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is very soft and skin-friendly, and the electric curtains in the room are very convenient. The restaurant dishes are exquisite and varied, and the Chinese and Western American food is complete. The staff at the hotel buffet dinner the next day were very enthusiastic. Especially to praise the front desk, from check-in to check-out, patient and thoughtful, take the initiative to help upgrade the room type, the lobby assistant cody has a problem in seconds, the service is very intimate and thoughtful.

The gym on the first floor, the laundry room, and a small robot to send things upstairs. The children come back every day and quarrel to buy things to let the robot send them up. The breakfast is rich in variety. Although the noodles are just a shiitake mushroom and meat foam, they are delicious.
The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, soundproofed, curtains are very good, sleep until you wake up naturally every day

CChachachachaOverall, the business bed room is still slightly small, just put down a bed. The surrounding area is still quite lively, many late-night snacks, the elevator downstairs is like a community cultural activity center, the elevator must also swipe the card to get on, it looks safer.
Showers are the most plus points, the water flow is large, and the water temperature is stable.
This is mainly to go to Pujiang to pick grapes early in the morning, not far from the plantation. It is to stay for a while, the overall feeling is OK.
