A superb boutique hotel situated on the lakeside with stunning view of the volcano. It is well positioned for access to the Volcano and others attractions in the area. The bustling town of Puerto Varas with plenty of shops and restaurants is easily accessible (you will need a car or taxi to get there) but you don't need to as the hotel has a very good restaurant and bar. The staff are extremely polite and helpful with good English language ability for those of us who struggle with Spanish. Room (space/bathroom/bed/fittings) was excellent. We had a 3 night stay and to be honest we really didn't want to leave. Well done AWA. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The view from the bedroom is stunning. The whole hotel has a very contemporary feel and we slept well. It is a perfect location for exploring The Lakes, close enough to PM and far enough away to be peaceful. The hotel arranged a day's fishing for us and a local guide took us on the Desolation Pass walk - which was excellent.

What a great experience at Hotel Awa! The room was fabulous. The service was amazing! And the food in the restaurant, wow! The bread was some of the best I've ever had. I've never stayed in a small hotel that had such a nice swimming pool, and the indoor hot tub was also good. There is a small swimming area on the lake, but the water was very cold, even in the summer, and the beach is rocky, so not too practical without water shoes. We woke up every morning and ate every meal with a view of Osorno volcano and the many birds that flew around the hotel. Perfectly quiet at night for sleeping, and probably the best bed I have ever slept in. An idyllic experience, I would love to go back!

Decepcionante el servicio y los tiempo de atención, y la falta de información respecto a la disponibilidad de los platos. En nuestro grupo tuvimos que cambiar hasta 3 veces la elección del plato principal debido a que no quedaban los ingredientes y uno de los platos, le faltó el acompañamiento

The view of the volcano was amazing. The staff were great, the location was great for the hikes that we wanted to do. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was incredible. We had a full view of the gorgeous lake plus the volcano in the background. I don't think I'll ever have that good of a view at any other hotel. The hotel and staff were great. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent.

La atención siempre es perfecta, desde que llegas te atienden bien, cordiales; sus accesos son pensados en todos, incluso para personas con movilidad reducida, la comida es excelente, es exqusita, lugar acogedor, bonito, muy limpio, con una vista maravillosa. 100% recomendable
