Puerto Colom Hotels with Pools

They may not be the best photos to show the place, but you can see the space of the room and the Mallorcan summer vibe that emerges from it. We got an apartment with a kitchen and its accessories, coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. A super comfortable and spacious bed, with sockets on both sides of the bed to charge both laptops and mobiles. Sink with shower, towels and shampoo/gel included. A spectacular place to spend a few days on the island. The facility has a swimming pool and tennis courts at your disposal. Very close to the beach and a beautiful cove. When we were there, only the Portocolom supermarkets were open, but right in front of the enclosure there is a Spar for shopping.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful and helped us when my husband left his bag on the transfer coach. All the staff were friendly and polite and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The food was top notch - different things every night (half board basis) and plenty of choices. The rooms are lovely and the whole place is immaculately clean. Complementary water in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch after a long flight! The aircon was great too - even in early October it’s still very warm! The pool area was again immaculate- splash zone for kids if you have them and a lovely deep pool for a nice swim. Also an indoor pool which is small but a lovely temperature. The gym is small but has everything you need for a basic workout which my husband was happy with. The area is lovely and quiet but some nice bars and restaurants just outside the hotel if you fancy a change. It was so lovely we booked to go back next year (a first for us as we usually like to try new places!) and we can’t wait!

It was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣

This is our second time at your hotel, and everything has been great. It's true that the shower tray has a design flaw, but the staff responded promptly and resolved the issue. I’d especially like to mention the guest service agent who was very kind, and particularly Carmen from breakfast, who is extremely friendly and attentive to everyone. Apart from this, there was a bit of noise at the pool because there are many children, but we understand it’s a family-friendly hotel, so no complaints there. We will definitely return on our next visit to the island. Thank you!

It's much better than expected. It's right next to the beach. Since we drove, we found it quite convenient. The room is very clean. Someone will clean it every morning. It will be cleaned after breakfast. Breakfast will be changed every day. The front desk is also very friendly. I stayed for three days and the experience was very good.
