The most upscale and expensive five-star hotel in the area with a very low cost-performance ratio. The hotel breakfast is very average. We booked a room for more than 4,000 yuan a night and stayed for three nights. There was no toilet paper, no toothbrush, no shower cap and cotton swab in the room, and no razor. I asked the front desk twice before it was delivered, and it was only delivered once in three days. The slippers were wet and they were not changed for room cleaning. Only one pair of slippers was given in three days. It's incredible... The hotel's sauna costs 60 euros per person, and the free one can only be used at the public sports venue across the road. We have stayed in countless five-star hotels in Europe every year. This is a hotel with poor cost-performance and service!

A beautiful well maintained hotel with stunning gardens. The staff were amazing from beginning to end! The dining options and the quality of food was exceptional.We will definitely return!

Nice hotel overall but not 5 stars. Upon arrival no directions for parking, nobody reaches out to help with luggage until you go to front desk. Multiple loungers around a small pool create definitely not 5 star impression. Rooms though are cozy and nicely renovated. The island itself is majestic and getting out of hotel was the best thing to do!

Was a grateful experience, nice time, cozy and chill space to take a drink surrounded by an amazing environment. Had a live music concert and a very charm service by the staf. The waitress named azahar gived us an amazing and charming service.

We returned home yesterday after an amazing 9 days of luxury at the wonderful Hotel Fariones. This was our 5th time of staying here and it was so lovely to be remembered by the staff again on our arrival. Although we prefer to be on a higher floor our rooms this time were on the 4th but they were lovely and we had a view over the pool. The standard of cleanliness throughout the whole of the Hotel whether it is the rooms, the restaurant or bar areas is second to none…spotless! The food is amazing…such a wonderful choice of everything from cold meats and cheeses to cooked breakfast items, fruits and pastries and even cava for those that want it! On a very personal note we would like to in particular say a BIG thank you to Gaspar for the wonderful omelettes, to lovely Nikki for her helpfulness and friendliness when we ordered any refreshments…she is such a lovely young lady and to Manwell who works on reception for all of his help. ALL of the staff have been amazing and we can’t thank them enough. We cannot wait to see you all again in September!

As the advert goes “if Carlsberg did hotels….” Another excellent stay, our 4th. I’ve already booked to come back on my own in January next year. I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. All the staff are cheerful and pleased to be there, something many hotels could learn a lesson from. Great convenient location too.
