No one helped to carry the suitcases when checking out 😂 A girl can only pray not to fall down the stairs. I stayed for four nights and there was no hot water for showers for two nights. The price of $100 a night is a bit expensive, but the island of Canada is worth going

Ich durfte sieben Tage im Lava House Hostal übernachten und hatte eine rundum angenehme Zeit. Bereits bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen. Man erklärte mir alles Wichtige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und zeigte mir die Einrichtungen des Hostals. Mein Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, und auch das Badezimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: Es gab frischen Saft, Kaffee, Obst, Haferflocken, Joghurt, Eier, Brot, Schinken und Käse – eine vielfältige Auswahl, die satt macht und gut schmeckt. Auf meine Fragen zu lokalen Restaurants wurde mir ein authentisches Lokal empfohlen, das nicht nur köstlich war, sondern auch durch ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugte. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Besitzerin sowie das gesamte Team sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann das Lava House Hostal nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

We loved everything about Lava House. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners were incredibly welcoming and great hosts. The breakfasts were also wonderful. Location was excellent for doing all the activities the island has to offer and the hotel can help arrange and make recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My sister and I went for the new year and were completely blown away by the beauty of the hotel, and the exceptional customer service. We stayed there for about a week, while we explored Santa Cruz and neighboring islands. The Hotel is in amazing location, a very short walk to town and Puerto Ayora. The breakfast was very nice, and gave us a great start to the day. The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we felt at home. The ground are stunning, extremely well kept and every inch of it is picture worthy. I HIGHLY recommend.

Excelente hotel en Santa Cruz de Galápagos
Excelente alojamiento en Puerto Ayora, en la isla de Santa Cruz en Galápagos. Se trata de un hotel familiar, habitaciones muy limpias, amplias, confortables con TV y aire acondicionado. El lugar es muy bonito con jardines y se ofrece un desayuno muy rico por las mañanas. Está bien situado a un paso del mercado, de la zona del Kiosko donde están los restaurantes con menú de 5 dólares, el puerto... Son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.

We arrived late and tired. The owner was so welcoming. I needed cash. It was after dark and I was nervous about walking on my own to the bank. Her son in law walked me there and back. I had Wi-Fi problems. They helped me with that. Helped me order food delivery.
