I had a wonderful solo trip to the Galapagos and I loved this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff really went above and beyond during my stay. They even left this for me on International Women’s Day. If I ever come back to the Galapagos, I am for sure staying here again. Gracias amigos!

Me gustó mucho todo en el hotel. El personal, fue muy atento con el servicio en todo momento de la estadía. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y me gustó mucho la comida. Es un lugar donde hay mucha paz, disfrutas de la naturaleza y donde se siente la hospitalidad.

This place was perfect for our little adventure outside the states! The rooms were clean and well organized and people in this hotel know how to do customer service. I would recommend this place to my friends for the future! Galapagos has a gem in this place

El hotel se enfoca mucho en la limpieza de las habitaciones además de su comodidad. Su personal es muy atento y amable. Por otro lado, yo soy una persona que tiene intolerancias alimenticias y en el restaurante fueron muy cuidadosos con mi comida, por lo que puedo decir que la atención fue excepcional. Me sentí muy bien como huésped, volvería sin dudarlo.

Tuvimos una maravillosa estadía en el hotel tortuga bay, el cuarto era inmeeenso con vista a la piscina, y nos consintieron dándonos canguil por la tarde ya que no alcanzamos el almuerzo. El Gerente nos permitió compartir el taxi para bajar al malecón al día siguiente no nos pudimos despedir, espero pueda leer este mensaje de agradecimiento por todas sus atenciones... Sin duda una experiencia maravillosa... Regresaré estoy segura ..

Estuvimos en un tour por Quito, Guayaquil y finalmente galapagos. El hotel estaba metido, queda en la parte alta como ellos le llaman. El hotel era grande y cuando llegamos nos recibieron directo al almuerzo, la comida estuvo bien, la habitación era muy amplia y sobre todo limpia, tuvimos problemas con el Internet pero se entiende que se debe a la isla, la piscina no es temperada pero no fue necesario porq el sol estaba al 100%, la recepcionista de la noche nos ayudó con un taxi por la distancia. Para mejorar sugiero colocar actividades cercanas al hotel para poder ir a pie Y cambiar las bolas de billar.

We came from Portland, Oregon, USA, with a group of 15 middle school students. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was, from day one to the very last day! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, kind, and generous in their efforts to ensure we felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed—just like being at home. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. They cleaned our rooms daily. We had students with dietary restrictions, and the hotel promptly created a meal plan with not just one option but two. They even offer a laundry service. Working with the administration was seamless and efficient. The team is outstanding, and their level of organization and professionalism is truly impressive. The hotel itself is fantastic—great rooms with large beds, a pool, hot tub, bar, ping-pong table, pool table, and plenty of areas to rest and relax. This place exceeded our expectations in every way!
