Hotel Galapagos Tortuga Bay

We came from Portland, Oregon, USA, with a group of 15 middle school students. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was, from day one to the very last day! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, kind, and generous in their efforts to ensure we felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed—just like being at home. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. They cleaned our rooms daily. We had students with dietary restrictions, and the hotel promptly created a meal plan with not just one option but two. They even offer a laundry service. Working with the administration was seamless and efficient. The team is outstanding, and their level of organization and professionalism is truly impressive. The hotel itself is fantastic—great rooms with large beds, a pool, hot tub, bar, ping-pong table, pool table, and plenty of areas to rest and relax. This place exceeded our expectations in every way!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the noise and bustles of the city’s activities. Excellent place to stay if you want quiet, rest, and relaxation. The hotel is charming, clean, and accessible by taxi and the fare to go to town is only $4.00 dollars. The staff are very friendly, some speaks very little English but the General Manager ( Mr Ivan) is fluent in english. Mr Ivan is kind and very understanding and goes out of his way to assist his customers. The room is furnished minimally but it has all you need. Cleaning and beds are made every day. The hotel accommodates special dietary requirements; I am a vegetarian and the food is yummy 👍. I give 5 stars to this hotel.
