El hotel está bien ubicado. El desayuno malísimo, te cobran y no te preguntan si tienes restricciones alimenticias y tampoco te dicen en que consiste el desayuno. Al momento de servir te encuentras con un plato con un huevo frito pasado, tieso y frío. El pan frío y duro. El pedazo de queso horrible, te dan papas cocinadas con perejil frías y crudas y salchichas enlatadas. Es decir, te roban en el desayuno Encontré pelos en las sábanas parece que ni las habían cambiado solo estirado La ducha no tiene puerta completa por lo que se inunda NO ES RECOMENDADO más aun cuando es CARO

La ubicación es óptima, el desayuno muy completo, la limpieza excelente pero lo mejor es la atención y buena predisposición del personal. Es para volver una y mil veces...nos solucionaron todo y más... Las habitaciones muy cómodas y si hay que salir muy temprano a una excursión el Lunch box muy completo

La atención fue inmejorable. La limpieza y la amplitud de la habitación, inmejorables. El desayuno colmo ampliamente mis expectativas. Volveré toda vez que este en Galápagos. Hicimos buceo y nos ayudaron en todo lo que se refiere a esto y los restaurantes de la ciudad

No puedo quejarme de nada! Todo excelente, el personal muy servicial siempre y en todo momento, las 24hs con ingreso. La ubicacion es la mejor, al medio del malecon, todo cerca, hasta el muelle. ni un solo taxi tuvimos que tomar en toda la estadia. El desayuno comimos hasta estar muy llenos, tirabamos hasta la tardecita con eso. Las recomendaciones que nos dieron acertadas. La higiene de la habitacion un 10! HASTA TE PRESTAN TOALLAS para pileta y playa!!! Sin lugar a dudas que volveria. Roger. De Argentina.

This is the NOISEST hotel I have ever stayed ib. Thank gos there was a power cut last night as its 1130pm and all i can still hear is INCREDIBLY LOUD music constantly. Room 33 is dreadful, smells like something has died in the room. Really poor curtains so the room is so light. Deapite hanging the towels up still taken away each day massive waste of water. No fridge in the room. Breakfast if you are vegan is literally pineapple and melon. Just feels really cheap, no lamps in the rooms. No cups or glasses. I can NOT wait to leave here and get some sleep elsewhere. Beyond me why the music is so loud.
