Una ubicación excelente cercana a la estación charles Darwin, caminando se llega fácilmente al muelle, cabe destacar que el personal fue muy amable, la opción del desayuno es variado muy bueno para empezar la mañana, área de la piscina agradable.

Fue una recomendación de un operador local pero al llegar me nos sorprendió la calidad del servicio a la llegada, las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy cómodas, el colchón y almohadas de buena calidad, el aire acondicionado permite comodidad en el interior. Los desayunos son tipo continental con fruta de temporada con opciones de bebida y el pan es del día. La ubicación es muy buena a una pocas cuadras de la calle Charles Darwin donde se encuentran restaurantes, tiendas de artesanías y demás atracciones. El lugar muy seguro y tranquilo. El precio fue muy cómodo si la estadía es de varios días es una excelente opción.

Dit hotel ligt centraal op Santa Cruz van de vele restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het is ongeveer 15 min lopen naar de pier. Kamer 14 was ruim en schoon. Douche in badkamer had minimale straal en erg moeilijk in te stellen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We konden beach towels lenen. Geen lift naar boven, maar ze helpen je als je het vraagt je koffer omhoog te sjouwen. In de lobby een gratis watertap. Ontbijt geen buffet maar wordt aan tafel geserveerd. Is prima en voldoende.

Si trova un po' defilato dal centro e questo forse è positivo , con 5- 10 minuti a piedi si arriva dappertutto. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera nell'edificio dirimpetto alla hall e anche questo forse è positivo , anche se le stanze , pur spaziose , non hanno chissà quale arredo particolare. Comunque il posto è silenzioso , ha una piccola piscina con asciugamani offerti dall' hotel e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile , ci hanno anche prestato l'attrezzatura da snorkeling per una giornata in spiaggia. La colazione non è a buffet e non è molto ricca , soprattutto se si preferisce il dolce al salato , però si adoperano per cercare di soddisfare quello che chiedi. Unico neo in camera , il miscelatore della doccia , si perde più tempo a trovare una soluzione di temperatura che non a lavarsi. E la soluzione state tranquilli che è introvabile , un vero esercizio di abilità . 1000 euro a chi riesce l'acqua tiepida!

We stayed her for 2 nights on Santa Cruz. Nice rooms, packed breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. There was free water and it is within walking distance to town. We ate at the Galapagos deli while there (10 minute walk) and it was very good too!

Disappointing stay at Deja Vu
We were disappointed by this hotel. We had a room with no window that open and it was old. The look and feel is oldish and they could make it more appealing. Breakfast was fine. We stayed at the neighboring Casa de Judy which is excellent in comparison. The staff was nice but the overall experience was not great. We will not come back here.
