Quiero hacer notar que las fotos o videos no pueden captar la gentileza, servicio, amabilidad de sus dueños. Mi experiencia en Galapagos superó cualquier expectativa posible y debo decir que una de las personas que me ayudo para que así sea fue Gianna, la dueña del hotel. El lugar es muy lindo y limpio, el área de la piscina es cómoda y relajante. El hotel está en una área muy tranquila por lo que en la noches tienes paz y quietud para poder descansar cómodamente. A pie se hace alrededor de quince minutos desde el hotel, pero es súper seguro y agradable caminar por las calles. Espero poder regresar y que un día tener encebollado de Roberto de desayuno . Gracias por todo!

I stayed in the Sun and Moon (Tower) suite. Very unusual and distinctive, with two patios (three, if you are brave enough to climb the outside ladder to the top tower (I was not)). Scrupulously clean, good hot water, everything worked. Other positives: good strong modern air conditioning (which helped in 32 degree weather with 80% humidity!) ... a good breakfast (local fruit +eggs + bread + coffee) included in the price ... Host Gianna is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, arranging a private taxi tour of the Tortoise reserve (at half the Viator price!) and offering to arrange a discounted taxi to the airport ... well maintained swimming pool (again, 32 degrees!) ... easy walking distance to Darwin Centre and Tortoise Tour (Lonesome George!) Negatives (mostly nits): internet is not strong anywhere in the Galapagos, and Fortaleza is no exception. Had to leave room and come to common area for stronger signal ... Fortaleza is not right downtown, but only a 10-15 minute walk from the port. This is both a positive and a negative, as you are out of the late-night noise (though Puerto Ayora's nightlife was not that crazy when I was there On the whole, highly recommended (particularly the Tower Suite)

Desde que hicimos la reserva nos mantuvimos siempre en contacto. El Hotel es maravilloso y está muy bien ubicado, la contrucción es muy original y las instalaciones son fabulosas. Cuenta con piscina y jacuzzi, exterior, zonas de esparcimiento e internet wi-fi. Nosotros estuvimos en la habitación ubicada en la torre que es impresionante, totalmente recomendable. Tiene dos terrazas privadas, una con hamaca y la otra en la planta superior con una vista de ensueño. Por lejos, lo mejor de todo es la atencion siempre cordial de Gianna, estamos tremendamente agradecidos de su hospitalidad y excelentes consejos. Si vas a Puerto Ayora (Santa Cruz), este es el lugar donde debes quedarte.

Fortaleza de Haro is a lovely place to stay if you want somewhere to relax by the pool in the afternoons. It's around a 10 minute walk to the front and Giana and Roberto were kind and responsive hosts.

Was soll ich groß sagen. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereit Besitzer, die einem auch super Tipps geben. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch. Die Lage ist optimal, da es etwas außerhalb ist aber trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Und natürlich das Design des Hotels, der absolute Hammer !!!
