We had a fabulous stay at the Finch Bay Hotel. The staff is helpful and very friendly. They truly care about your experience at their hotel and their excursions. The food is fabulous with many gluten free options. The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to have dinner. Our room was cute and quaint but unfortunately they didn't offer us the upgrade (remember to request that). We did many excursions: tortoise sanctuary (landed later in the day..would have loved more time to explore) but well worth the visit. Both yacht days were excellent our guide and crew were very knowledgable and always cared about us having the best experience and safety. Also an afternoon at the Charles Darwin Center and dinner at the Lava restaurant...dont miss that adventure. Special thank you to Carolina Escobar, our Finch Bay travel agent. She was very helpful and accommodating with all our special requests. Her attention to detail was perfect. Highly recommend the Finch Bay Resort 5 Stars all around ⭐️!!

The Finch Bay Galapagos Hotel is A+ across the board. The hotel property is immaculate, the service is spectacular and the food is delicious. The pool is so inviting and they have staff that keeps the pool sparkling clean all day long (and with so many birds, that's no easy feat!). The Suites had a beautiful view of the harbor and a nice hammock. The morning buffet was lovely and had a great variety of foods. The living room area was comfortable and a perfect place to relax after dinner. The main callout goes to General Manager, Alfonso - who truly went above and beyond MULTIPLE TIMES to accommodate our every need. He always made us feel important and heard. He is the best hotel manager I have ever met. The Sea Lion Yacht is also great and very comfortable. But be prepared - getting to the hotel is a MAJOR TREK. Once you land at Baltra, its a bus ride to the ferry + ferry ride + 1 hour-ish drive across island + to another dock where you take a water taxi to the dock that's closest to the hotel + 3-5 min walk from the dock to the hotel itself. But if you are going to the Galapagos, trekking to the hotel will be the easiest part of your day. This is a BUSY and ACTIVE trip Booking the trip was the only issue I encountered as they have a concierge partner with Metro Journeys and although the team at MJ's tried to be helpful, they felt salesy and I needed to extract them from my travel plans.

A group of friends of mine and I arrived Thursday, June 19 and departed the following Sunday. We were treated like royalty and the euphoria suites were wonderful. Cesar was one of the best service people I’ve met. Constantly informing us of specials and drinks that we should try. He made the trip wonderful

I stayed at the Finch Bay for 3 nights before my 7 night Galapagos cruise with Celebrity. The facilities are extremely comfortable and the staff was warm and very accommodating. I did one of the hotel's excursions to Bartolome Island which was the best experience of my entire trip. Their yacht is wonderful and the naturalists know where to find all of the wildlife. I also had a massage while staying there. It was excellent and very affordable. I made all of my arrangements via their website with Maria. She answered all of my questions beforehand and my vacation was everything I had hoped for and more.
