Yes. Possitive feedback from every family member💃🏻 cleanness is good, only the master room, the glass bathroom inside need to clean more, the utensils perhaps ok, u have washing machine too. That is complete. Moreover, the bed is comfortable 😍 extra ya, it’s spacious and can accommodate big family like us. 🙏🏻 thank you. In future will find your ur place again.

Kinda surprise seeing a Signature property in Puchong. I can say overall experience is fantastic. I am very particular on certain aspects and they nail it. I was greeted by Aina at about 3pm with my room key all ready (yes, a key but not a big deal). Standard Studio room on level 7 is as described and pictured. Huge, spacious, tidy, clean and everything is new. There is even a personalized welcome note with 2 candies. What a brilliant way of welcoming! Face, hand and bath towels ready with the normal complete amenities (toothbrush & paste is included). 2 air-conds, one in living and bed area. In house Astro tv. Car park is complimentary limited to only 1 vehicle to a room. Tap in with TnG card, debit or credit card (minimum amount is necessary for successful entry as RM3 will be pre-auth), validate prior exiting. There is a gym on level 8 but no pool. Hotel restaurant is just across the street serving all day menu. Many choices of eatieries within driving distance.

We find the house condition very dirty and I wouldn’t recommend for a future stay.  The bathroom especially was very moldy and dirty. Doesn’t look like it was washed.  The mattresses were uncomfortable.  The sofa also lost it’s firmness. Old one.  The smart Tv was functioning very slow and took very long to load.  I eventually took another home for a more cleaner and comfortable experience for mi kids.

Great hotel with lovely service. I lived the location beer it gave me a great feel of what the local people are like, but it was a little bit out of reach from KL City Center. Not that it wasn't reachable, but it cost me too much, so I actually checked out and went to a hotel closer to where the action was. If you don't like the hustle and bustle of the city center then this is ideal as it's just near enough to have fun there then go back to your hotel. Say the same time, a room with a city view will be a bit noisy for you. It disturbed my sleep. The food was great and so was the service. Rooms were nice and clean but the carpets got a bit musty after awhile and activated my sinuses. Still a good hotel though
