Hotel is good location and lots good restaurants around but at night very noisy from the pub ,service the workers need upgrade because some not kind at all

The hotel is very rude, the trip has been requested to be canceled because parking is difficult. The hotel does not approve, and does not want to solve the customer's problem, I do not allow the refund of the money.
