Checked in twice the same week on separate days. Air con filters were absolutely choked/dirty, and I removed them to wash them. 2nd check in same problem with very filter air con filter. Plus, the toilet seat was missing! Lady boss couldn't care less and say to9m renovation coming up. Very argumentative and only want maximize profit. 2nd room window can't close fully with noisy air con compressor and coffee shop noises disturbing my sleep. I'm uploading cause I informed the reception that I may upload if the air con filters are still not cleaned on my second check-in days later. And to have an unpleasant first-hand encounter with the lady boss with such a bad attitude.

Iron and jug kettle are not in the room. The room is narrow but it's ok to sleep. Public parking and pay using touch n go e-wallet. There are many restaurants.

When I arrived to be check in, I ask the counter saw my booking from ******* and told guy in the counter she oh another agent that I don’t like as room rate is so cheap and customer demand a lot. I haven’t ever open my mouth. Felt insulted, when I ask which flr she said 1st fl, I told her I wish my room to be high shey I book the cheaper room, I need to pay to go 3rd fl
