我們12點半到酒店，前台告知一般是3點入住，衞生還沒打掃，等打掃好衞生電話告知，一直等到3點也沒個電話，自己打電話後告知可以入住了，隨後叫工作人員拿床單給，直到離店也沒送來，温泉的水較冷，而工作人員一直告知是恆温沒法調，退房時前台又告知衹需打電話過來就可以調了，然後就是早點，潦草到僅幾樣餐食，很小的蛋糕每次衹上四小塊！僅一人份，每天酒店入住多少人自己不清楚嗎？

房間的維護真的不太好，我們有間屋子的廁所直接去堵的，也不可能大半夜維修吧。另外，這麼好的環境，屋外面雜草叢生，根本沒人維護。也是太可惜了。早餐也有點點簡陋。這個價格，僅環境就值了。粉色沙灘和無動力樂園夠孩子玩一天的。內部活動也很好，可惜你們沒有對外公佈，並不知道有，衹上來睡了個覺就走，有點可惜

離市區非常遠，感覺攜程上地圖比例不對，完全是錯定的感覺。住的雙卧別墅，設施都比較老，大而空曠。二樓的衞生間台盆漏水，吹風機是壞的，沒有USB插頭。如果説有什麼優點的話，前台還是有提必應的，遊覽車一次次來接送。藍花楹是正開的時候，如果5.1期間全開放的話或許會是很好的景
