在普洱有這樣一家酒店還是非常難得的，在森林裏，獨立小屋，受環境影響會感覺潮濕，但有電熱毯的助力，睡覺很舒服。孩子們是太喜歡這裏了。出門就叫電瓶車，其實自己走走也很好，空氣質量很好。餐廳吃早餐的時候環境帶來的附加值超高。晚餐的火鍋自助我不太認可，要是能增加別的餐飲就好了。

房間不錯，就是淋浴間稍顯簡陋，前台小趙非常棒，有什麼都能給解答，給這個小姑娘點個贊，玩的也有很多，遺憾衹體驗了叢林飛躍，期待下次還能入住。

酒店木屋寬敞涼快，去哪都可以車接車送，工作人員熱情引導，參加了製作標本和採摘菌子，運氣挺好沒有下雨，開盲盒的森林公園，無籠散養動物來自於救助，可愛很有意義。

環境很好，置身於森林，獨特的體驗。餐廳用餐環境很好，可以欣賞景色還能遇見小熊貓，體驗了采蘑菇和小熊貓義工活動，強烈推薦小熊貓義工活動。不建議雨天入住，非常濕冷，入住森林木質別墅雨點打在房頂上聲音很大，一夜未眠，房間很大設施相對老舊；酒店備品優秀，有即時燒水壺，吹風用的徠芬，有浴缸；值得入住的是環境，地裏位置及豐富的活動，以及就餐環境，但是服務感受比較冷漠，此行訂的最貴但是服務最不滿意的酒店，和兩千多一晚的價格嚴重不匹配。

7月底我們兩大兩小入住小熊貓莊園酒店，對網上零差評的酒店充滿了期待，但是體驗感非常糟糕。
1）入住時間漫長。下午12:30到被告知房間還沒有，臨時安排活動，最後下午4點左右才到自己的房間。
2）房間各個角落都在發黴！從孩子床圍、到窗簾，再到洗手間，無處下腳，讓人膈應。房間地面用餐巾紙一擦，竟然是黑的。床上雖然有加熱毯，但體感還是非常非常潮濕，濕度達到80%。
3）接駁車很慢。入住當天因為房間還沒有拿到，去采蘑菇，小朋友們全身上下都淋濕了，等了半個小時的接駁車，導致第二天發燒。
4）酒店項目多數為付費項目。作為一個親子酒店，沒有什麼免費親子項目。絕大多數都是收費項目。比如采蘑菇，費用是128元一位，被帶到景區入口附近的山上，自己采，根本采不到蘑菇。可是作為一家基礎房型為兩千元的酒店，難道不是應該有更多的親子體驗嗎？
以上是我入住的真實評價，網上的這些好評我開始懷疑真實性。

2000的價格有點小貴，但設施和公園還是物有所值，唯一遺憾不是一價全包，晚飯拍照活動能涵蓋進去就超值了，小熊貓還是太少酒店不怎麼看得見
