1.前台服務很好，熱情，有求必應；
2.前門對着街道，後面在建築施工，外部環境較差；
3.房間空間大，新，設備一般；
4.衞生細節欠佳，牆壁能看到污漬，特別是看到一點點血漬，讓人不適；水龍頭有水垢；
5.早餐比較簡陋，選擇不多；
6.管理欠佳！在沒有跟住客確認退房的情況下，清潔工自行進屋收拾了房間，還讓返回酒店的房客不要弄亂，這個讓人很不爽！
7.離火車站和茶馬古城打的15分鐘左右，地理位置不錯。
