2-Star Hotels in Provo

We booked a prepaid and paid reservation for one night and got a standard reminder welcome email message few days before. However when we arrived, the reception was not aware of a prepayment and made me sign a new charge. I showed them the proof of payment and requested clarification with the head office. It was eventually sorted out, but that's not how you should welcome a long standing member of the Wyndham Rewards. The door to the room did not want to open, and needed to be reprogrammed. And of course we got a ground floor room even though we requested the upper floor. The room itself was a typical Ramada, nothing fancy, but perfectly acceptable. The breakfast in the morning was totally appalling. Garbage bins overflowing, no coffee, which needed to be brewed for 15 minutes, yogurt was frozen, limited food not replenished. Totally unacceptable and unhygienic. Would not stay there again.

Hotel breakfast is very good, suitable for children to live together, the hotel has free parking, front desk service is very good, health is also very good, the location is also very good, there are many petrol stations and shopping malls nearby, very good.

Provo itself is not big, so there is nothing around, there is a fast food restaurant when you eat, and the hotel itself can provide food. It’s quite close to John John’s University and it’s quite good. There is a little blonde girl at the front desk who looks good and has been to Chengdu, Shanghai, China.

Hi generally I think it was okay but there were dirty things like towels and walls that I didn't like, the other thing is the environment came very noisy people crying and making parties I think it wasn't nice to feel bull all night and that they were administrators did nothing ! And I realized that if renting on the website gets much cheaper

The room is large, breakfast is available, there is free parking, very nice hotel.

The hot tub was excellent! Very pretty town and the free parking was easy to get in and out. The room was very clean and spacious. This is a higher-end business hotel and they have a free breakfast in the morning which is pretty good (eggs, waffles, fruit, etc).

The hotel is located in a quiet community, 4 minutes to Wal-Mart, not far from the door has a good pizza shop. American breakfast ~ the pool is not big, my family said that it is a super large bathtub, the daughter is about 5 steps diagonally.

This hotel is amazing! However, one particular employee, Robin Sterling Estrada, goes out of her way to make it feel like home away from home! She keeps the food area clean and well presented! In all of our travels, we have never had a better breakfast buffet with such an interesting variety of items. Robin takes pride in what she does and what she does is done with the warmest smile! She greets everyone and engages with everyone as if she is part of the family. I don't believe that anyone is a stranger to her. I took my daughter to Provo to attend a program and after I flew home, Robin was kind enough to check in on her and make her feel loved! We only knew each other for a few hours when she kindly offered to do this1 Robin is definitely an asset to the Marriot organization but more importantly to the guests!

I had a bad experience staying at this hotel. A series of problems... The district manager (Darcie Crowe) posted a big sign stating that she cared the guests and wanted to hear feedback. I emailed her, and never heard back from her. About 2 weeks later, just someone wrote back and said they appreciated the feedback without any details or tangible steps to fix the issues... (no sincerity). 1. Gave me Key to a Room with People Sleeping in it... First mistake during checkin! I was horrified when I opened the door to find that a family was sleeping on the bed! 2. Requested Cleaning & Got Admonished by Staff for NOT Requesting it. Requested cleaning. Cleaning lady said yes but then left without doing it. Front desk rudely told me that they did not clean unless requested. I told her that I requested at check in with my mobile app. 3. Asked to talk to manager (Keely Wilson) but no one got back to me. 4. Wrote to District Manger (Darcie Crowe), and did not even get an acknowledgement from her. The staff is not up to Marriott standard. Being a platinum member, I was more than disappointed.
