Рядом остановка, магазины, до пляжей 20 мин, до порта примерно так же. Номера норм, с балконами или выходом на лужайку, на первых этажах. Нет чайника что не очень удобно. Центр города вроде рядом но и не очень, в жару немного утомительно

Nous sommes venus à 2 couples pour 2 nuits. Nous avons eu la chambre 304. Une vraie chambre de bonne ! Pour franchir la porte nous devons nous mettre de profil. Le lit n’est pas confortable. La salle de bain est le pire : la douche est difficilement accessible car le bidet y est presque collé. De plus, il ne faut pas être en surpoids pour y rentrer. Le WC est collé au lavabo avec une fenêtre située juste au dessus du WC. Ça n’a pas manqué, mon mari s’est ouvert le front en se levant !! Très mauvaise expérience et si par malheur vous y allez, refusez la chambre 304 !

I booked for a couple and 2 children aged 4 and 2. They gave me a bunk bed! There were cobwebs in the corners, but we made do. I slept in the bunk bed and the children and my husband slept in the double bed. I had to create the sides with the suitcases and what I found. The little one had a small accident and 3 drops of pee came out during the night. I immediately cleaned everything and notified the staff. Today they want to charge me 332 euros for cleaning the mattress (an absolutely unreasonable figure, I called both the financial police and the local police and they confirmed it) moreover without an invoice which they say they don't have. The hotel is very well located (15 minutes walk from the beach and the city center) It is very easy to park in front. Very quiet area. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are large, clean and ours had a small balcony with 1 table, 2 chairs and a very practical drying rack for drying towels after the beach. Buffet breakfast very good.

The hotel is very dilapidated and the room is basic. The price of €200 per night absolutely does not correspond to the services provided! The bathroom is ridiculously sized with poor maintenance, completely black joints and rust on the taps. The electricity didn't really seem up to current standards. The bunk beds for the children are patched up, the slats are not aligned. Not very reassuring. The hotel is quite noisy from 8am in the morning. We did not have breakfast at 12€ (which would have increased the price to 250€/4 people), without regret. The fridge didn't work. Positive points: the location in Palau for the boat departure to Maddalena. A supermarket a few steps away which avoids the hotel breakfast. And the cleaning was done correctly.

The hotel is in a very convenient position because it is close to the center (5min walk) and in an area with the possibility of parking, a supermarket and away from the chaos of the city.
