Отель неплохой был раньше,но сейчас совсем не соответствует заявленной категории.Нас заселили в номер категорией ниже.Заказывала улучшенный номер,а поселили в обычный.Ранее несколько раз проживали в этом отеле и разницу между номерами знаем.На просьбу предоставить номер той категории,за которую заплатили ответили отказом,сказали,что отель заполнен и свободных номеров нет,при этом еще и утверждали,что размер номера(а стандарт меньше,чем супериор значительно)не имеет значения,разница только в качестве матрасов-ну совсем странная отговорка.Пыталась показать их же фото с сайта с описанием номеров-бесполезно,хотя на сайте и в описании и на фото разница очень заметна.Не предоставляют ни халатов ни зубных щеток,только 1маленький пузырек шампуня и такой же маленький крем для тела на 2 человек.Даже тапки под запрос.В номере очень грязные стены.Больше в этом отеле останавливаться не будем.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле постоянно.Удобное местоположение.Близко к железнодорожному вокзалу,что не мало важно.Завтрак европейский,не очень разнообразный,но вполне приемлем.Кровать удобная ,постельные принадлежности чистые.Звукоизоляция соответствует ,для комфортного проживания.Рекомендую этот отель.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, warm, bright and clean. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how it is. It is close to Chinatown, and it is convenient for travel. There is also a supermarket nearby.
