Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist, whose demeanor was unwelcoming. There was no smile or offer of assistance with my luggage, and I received no information about the hotel itself. I stayed in the "King" room, which was advertised as spacious enough for four guests and included gourmet snacks. Unfortunately, the amenities did not meet these expectations, and I have photographic evidence to support my concerns. When I approached Jaremy, the manager, to express my disappointment, I found his response to be dismissive. He appeared disinterested and did not engage with my concerns, which made the experience even more frustrating. Additionally, in an email prior to my stay, I was encouraged to request any assistance I needed. However, when I asked for an ironing board, I was simply told to use a steamer instead. I chose your boutique hotel expecting a more personalized experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope this feedback helps improve guest experiences in the future.
