There were hairs on the bed, and the comforter at this kind of American hotel is just a thin blanket and two sheets (not a duvet cover!!). It made me feel so unhygienic! I was disgusted using it. The hallway reeked of sex, and the carpet was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned! There were arguments in the middle of the night, and we were right next to the highway, so the traffic was so noisy! I checked in a few boxes before leaving, but when I got them, the seals had been broken! I was speechless!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The elevator has a strange smell and clearly needs cleaning. In the pictures below you can see what the breakfast buffet looks like at 8:15am. Not sure one can call this breakfast. Also in the other picture you can see the welcome sight of the armchair in my room. I am not sure if would sit in it. The price for this location is not low, it is on par with real hotels in the area.

so I will like to say most staff at extended stay are wonderful and very helpful/ also respectfully. while I do know they have a lot on their hands. with the front desk. laundry and helping guest with anything they might need. I will like it to be know that Alisha does a wonderful job. shes respectful when greeting guest and us check-in. also if you tell her something is wrong shell try her best to help fix any issue. People will disagree with me. but remember there's only so much in their staff control. there for people should be more mindful that there are families around... but when it comes to Alisha shes very kind heart, and welcoming.

There was a lot of noise and activity, and I suspect there were ***** involved all night long. The place was not only dirty but also had a strong odor. There was hair everywhere! We decided to sleep in our clothes on. The locks on the windows were broken. We arrived late, unloaded our things, and almost left, but we were too tired to find another place. We felt very unsafe during our stay. In the end, we decided to cancel staying any longer and left as soon as we could. We will never go back!
