Evalena Beach Hotel

Beautiful chilled out hotel right on the sea front, Our room was on the top floor seafront so we had some amazing views The room was a good size , very clean as expected small TV and fridge but the fridge wasn't that great barely kept things chilled , the bed was so comfortable though had some great sleeps The Aircon wasn't the best though you literally had to stand under it too feel it The bathroom had a walk in shower but sometimes the pressure wasn't great did the job though The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of English and continental food always found something to eat when we went can't comment on the lunch and dinner . The hotel has a very chilled out vibe , lovely staff always saying hello to you apart from when we left and handed the key in the dark haired lady at reception didnt say 1 word to us - no everything ok , did you enjoy yourself have a nice trip - she just looked at the pair of us like mmmm like what was we doing here - my partner looked at me and said the exact same thing - stuck up - your a receptionist love dont look down on us your on minimum wage in cyprus - apart from her all the other staff where ok we went out every night but there was a piano player in the main bar on one night don't no if there's any other entertainment The pool is too small for the hotel and has been said the sunbed hoggers are here in force Saw a few children here but there really is nothing for them to do apart from the pool Pros Lovely view if sea facing The vibe Very clean Friendly staff well most of them Good food Location . Cons Sunbed wars Small pool Stuck up receptionist would i go back mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Atlantica Aqua Blue
4.3/541 Reviews
We spent just under a week at the Atlantica Aqua Blue in October 2024. Although this was close to the end of the high season, the hotel was still busy but not hectic. Our room was lovely, spacious and well-maintained. It had lots of storage and all the necessities. The only exception was an iron, for which you have to ask at reception. Housekeeping kept everything clean and topped up. When we did need a repair, it was dealt with within a few minutes. We stayed half-board, and breakfasts and lunches came with lots of options and were always excellent. All of the staff in the dining room were friendly, helpful and willing to stop and chat. Particular mention must go to Andreas who was funny, great conversation and who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. There was entertainment on every night we were there (either at 9pm or 10pm): the acts were always enjoyable and a nice way to pass part of the evening. The hotel is well-located. On the same side of the road as the hotel, buses 101, 102 and 711 will take you to Ayia Napa (the stop is less than a minute's from the hotel). From the same stop, bus 102 will take you to Konnos Beach and Capo Greco (less than 10 minutes). Capo Greco is well worth a visit: you don't need to be a hiker to be able to get around and the views are stunning. From the same stop, bus 711 will take you to Larnaca (approx 1 h 45m). If you're going to Ayia Napa, visit the sculpture park - great sculptures and a great view of the sea and the town (especially at sunset). From across the road from the hotel, buses 101. 102 and 711 will take you to Protaras (approx 10 minutes). The town is a bit touristy, but nice enough, although the beach is definitely worth a vist. The beach is about half an hour's walk from the hotel, and the walk will eventually take you into the town. At the time of writing (October 2024), a single journey by bus is 1.5 Euros and a day ticket is 5 Euros.

Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel

Big family vacation for weekend was the best decision I made it on this hotel. Being myself a Cypriot I know tsokkos company from very before and choosing this company for vacations always. Always in love with this company but trying this hotel is first time and it’s great experience. I don’t find any place to point a finger on. We liked it and our children loved it. Gonna choose the tsokkos company again and again for coming future.
King Jason Protaras - Designed for Adults by Louis Hotels

We stayed here for 5 days at the beginning of September, and I wish it had been longer. We had been travelling around Cyprus and this was our final destination, as we were getting married at St Elias Gardens. From the minute we walked through the door, we fell in love with the hotel, with the staff, with the guests (especially the couple from Wales and the lady from Oslo if you are reading this), we just couldnt find anything to fault. The reception staff are so welcoming on arrival, the staff in the restaurant work so hard, and the guys working the poolbar are outstanding, coming round regularly to get a drinks order. The pool areas are kept beautiful, there are plenty of sunbeds, and yes there were people putting their towels out early, but we didnt let it spoil our experience. We had a one bedroomed suite, which was immaculate, lovely layout and cleaned to a very high standard each day we were there. Love the idea that when you go to your room on arrival you get a King Jason bag to keep with your beach towels in it. Its a great way for them to advertise the hotel too. On the day of our wedding (there were just the two of us) the staff and guests clapped me out of the hotel and made me feel so special and when we came back to our room they had put a bottle of champagne on the bed with red petals, a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a lovely spot, just a short walk away from the ***** of Protaras, and is lovely and quiet of an evening, whilst this is perfect for us, anyone looking for entertainment only has a short walk to find it. I don't have anything negative to say, and can't wait to return. In fact a first for us is that we have returned home, settled into married life and have now booked to return in September next year for our anniversay - this time for much longer.
