I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, great cuisine, location - next to the sea. Excellent staff, manager Petrina answered all our questions - a kind and responsive girl. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

We stayed there in July, we booked a room which was worth the money after a thousand, nice comfortable and very clean! We also asked for a bed for the baby which we got! The staff at the reception and at the pool bar very friendly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recommended. My husband and I were there at the end of August. Newly renovated hotel 2024. Large nice rooms with air conditioning. We had all inclusive. Very good food, surprisingly varied with new dishes every day. All the service was nice and helpful, and Manolis who worked there, spoke to all the guests, ensuring we were well. This is perhaps one of the biggest advantages of slightly smaller hotel vs. the major resorts. It becomes more personal and pleasant, and not an experience of tourist industry. Cleanness and everything was tip top.

If this review was only about the hotelroom, location and staff. And how super clean the hotel was. It would be 5 stars. Could not be better. But to bad i have to include the food. It was by far the most boring and tasteless all inclusive food i have experienced. Lunch was ok. Breakfast was terrible. Dinner was boring. But still i would go again if i find a sweet deal. All inclusive does bot mean you have to eat at the hotel all the time😄.

When I asked about a nice hotel in Protaras, they recommended Captain Pier to me, and they told me that it was under new management and had recently been renovated. My impressions are really very positive. Starting from the reception, the girls there were very kind and helpful, the guys working in the service department were always willing to serve you with a smile, the rooms were very clean and beautiful. Even when we were leaving, the reservations girl was there and treated us very friendly, making us feel welcome so that we could go again. Really a big thumbs up and I hope they continue like this!

We spent 2 excellent days in this wonderful hotel. The hotel staff was impeccable in their behavior and always with a smile and a friendly mood. The rooms are comfortable, serving the needs of the visitor. The room is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with an excellent view of the sea. The prices are very reasonable for this period. We will definitely visit it again at the first opportunity. We highly recommend it.

we visited the hotel on Saturday 06/07! excellent customer service! top quality breakfast! fully renovated hotel! clean rooms with comfortable mattresses! Michailina at the pool bar and Petrina on reservations were exceptional! This hotel is worth visiting!
