the hotel is very basic but for the mo n ey v it is well worth it all the staff c are very friendly we stopped in one of the studios I did try to upgrade but they were fully booked after reading some of the reviews I was dreading going but we were pleasantly surprised nothing fancy but very clean and for the money we paid we had a fantastic 10 days here if anybody wants to any trips I can fully recommend Mr John's trip to the ghost city itvis such an eye opener

I went to this apartment when I went to Protarus, Cyprus. This apartment is in a great place if you like to go out at all times. This apartment is a normal apatment so don’t expect an amazing apartment. Enough sunbeds (normally). I loved how it was so close to lots of things. I would rate this apartment 3/5 stars.

Currently staying at Sweet Memories. Was a bit apprehensive before, reading some of the bad reviews but for what we've payed, it has been excellent value for money. We are staying in one of the older, top floor rooms and had no problems what so ever. No ants, no cockroaches and the room cleaned every other day with fresh bedding and towels. Friendly staff and great location, close enough to the ***** but far away enough to avoid the noise. If you want 5 star luxury then pay the 5 star prices. This is a cheap and cheerful 2 star hotel but i would have no hesitation in booking here again.

The place is a dump old and dated rooms we had 2 apartments both were filthy when we arrived at the hotel the night man was about 85 he did not even to offer to help with the luggage he hardly spoke English he proceeded to show us to our apartments with the light from his phone when I opened the room for my 16 year old granddaughter the floor was full of wee someone had left a present for the staff there was mould in rooms, broken fridge ants everywhere and cockroaches , our sheets were never changed in 10 days stay no remote for tv filthy floors in every room broken chairs on the veranda which backed on the rubbish tip staff did not care we complained to the Jet 2 rep she did nothing for us as she told us she is not allowed to to inspect the rooms why are they selling them if they are not fit for purpose I would never book or travel with Jet 2 again it was the holiday from hell be warned stay way do not stay at this dump.

Can't begin to tell you how bad these older standard apartments are..not to mention the rude obnoxious night reception guy..as a result of how bad it was we checked in somewhere else..anyway our whole experience from arriving in the early hours to now back in the UK battling with Jet2 for a refund via email as they have conveniently have no phone number for complaints!!The apartments are terrible..smelly..unclean and need full refurbishment..at best! AVOID AT ALL COST..Jet2 do not show any photos other than a couple of beds really so here's what to expect...

This hotel is a 2 star and not a four star so adjust your expectations accordingly. We stayed in a one bed superior apartment and it was clean and fairly modern. There'd no sun bed dashes in the morning as there's plenty of sunbeds however the sunbeds could be cleaner. There's no entertainment on in the evening which we like and your only 15 minutes walk to the main ***** in protaras where you can find lots of fantastic restaurants and plenty of entertainment to suit all ages. This was our second stay and booked again for September. This hotel represents excellent value for money.

We stayed in the newer rooms in 222 which was a clean and spacious room. The older rooms I would not have been happy to stay in at all. They are very dated. The rooms are swept and beds made but not cleaned during our weeks stay. The pool is quiet and plenty of sun loungers but some only have the sun for some of the day. There is no entertainment at all and staff aren’t exactly welcoming. Ok for a cheap stay if you have one of the newer rooms but not exactly somewhere I’d rush back to.

Fab little find,I am here at the moment, close to main *****, local shops and restaurants 2 mins. away. Some apartments have been refurbished with new beds and mattresses, beautiful pool with plenty of comfy sunbeds. Breakfast at the moment is €6, includes full English with tea or coffee. Family run, which i like.Rooms are immaculatey clean, with soft fluffy towels, and crisp white ironed sheets, that's a plus for me.Jet2 are rating this as 2 and a half stars.I think it deserves a 3 star.
