For the first time in our lives, we decided to go on an all-inclusive vacation. We picked this gorgeous resort in Cyprus. It was only four days, but honestly, pure joy from start to finish… amazing food, endless fun, and water slides that were a blast!

The resort is a bit of an enigma. It gets very good reviews and has many repeat customers, some of whom we met, yet it’s tired and needs investment. The regular customers we spoke to acknowledge that it’s not the best hotel and the food is average but they seem to be won over by its setting, friendliness , informality and the very hardworking staff, many of whom are Egyptian. We had two 1-bed suites. They were spacious with very large terraces. One had two rather tatty sun-beds the other didn’t have any and neither had an umbrella for shade. The beds were comfortable and enormous and there was plenty of storage, although there were only three coat hangers in wardrobes. The rooms were looking a bit grubby and previous repainting was slapdash. The internal doors look like they were the original 1980’s doors with latches that are normally used on garden gates. The bathrooms were dated and need gutting. The basin cupboards were delaminating due to long standing leaks from the sink wastes. The showers had cracked tiles and black mould in places. There were plenty of sun-beds around the two pools although there was still a problem with some guests ‘bagging’ them before breakfast and then disappearing. The upper pool was very lively with a surprisingly large number of children. It got quite untidy with rubbish left by inconsiderate guests that only got cleared at the end of the day. The sun beds at this pool were past their best, with stained cushions and broken backrests. Hats off to the entertainment team led by Hazel and Ryan. When they weren’t putting on some rather good shows, they ran the daily activities and kids club. The food was actually quite good and themed nights worked well. The buffet area is quite small and gets messy as the evening wears on. The Meze restaurant was very good but with a fixed menu a couple of visits were enough. on

Absoutely amazing hotel couldn't fault it felt welcomed from the minute we walked through the door! The staff go above and beyond throughout the whole stay and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are a great size and cleaned everyday to such a high standard. I never ever leave reviews but I feel like I had to because it was so good one of our best holidays. Its only a short walk to the amazing beaches the ***** and the fun fair. The entertainment team are amazing and are so good with the kids everyday there was stuff going on for both adults and children they are all certainly a credit to the hotel! Once again thankyou everyone special shout out to Mina, Ashraf and Flouris who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be returning again

We returned back from this hotel over a week ago, and I must say we had a fabulous time. We had a lovely suite close to the pool and restaurant with a great sized balcony, our aircon was knackered when we arrived and made loud noises, but when we spoke to reception it was replaced very quickly with a new unit ( very glad as it was a super hot week ) food was great, we only only ate in the restaurant once and once in the meze which was lovely! It’s worth a try. Hats off to all members of staff, the manager Flouris made sure we had a fantasic stay and pulled out all the stops for us which we appreciated so thank you, also a big shout out to our favourite bar staff Mina who waited on us hand and foot, so friendly and a credit to the hotel! Nothing bad to to say about the hotel as we enjoyed it and it has a lot of potential. The only thing that would mention is the pool by the restaurant would benefit being maybe adults only? Spoke to a few people on our stay and they also said the same, the kids have a huge pool for them, so it would be nice for us adults to have something more relaxing :) great hotel if you have kids, we are use to more adults only and will probably continue doing so. Highly recommend this hotel for familys .

We are a couple who are still here, can’t understand some of the bad reviews, we thought the animation team were the best we’ve seen, great voices and dance routines, fun evenings, guess it’s not to everyone’s taste but at a 61 and 66 year old we laughed and generally enjoyed the shows, loved how they catered for all ages, during the day we spent our time around the “quieter” pool, which would be better if they made it adults only. Food was excellent, great flavours, quality rather than quantity, fantastic service, yes rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfy beds, fun towel art by our cleaner, cannot fault this place, always a sunbed free after 10, we’re not early risers, not a fan of the Greek restaurant but that’s personal taste, close to bars and the church on the hill. Well done Louis St Elias!! My partner has to wear a cast and could easily manoeuvre around the hotel.

Just arrived back after an amazing week at this hotel, and will definitely be returning. Room. Yes they are a little dated and we did have cold showers throughout the week as couldn't get to grips with the hot water haha. Food - could not fault the food throught our weeks stay always something available to suit anyone. Drinks- great choice of drinks , and if there is a cocktail you want that is not on the list - mohammed will gladly fix one for you. Snack bar - chips are amazing like chippy chips rather than the soggy fries you normally get served at other hotels. Salads, freshly cooked toasties. Entertainment - good mix throughout the week and was even better when I finally won a fame of bingo. Staff - probably the nicest staff of any hotel i have ever been to, from the porters to the cleaners and bar staff and not to forget flouris who lives and breathes his job, always engaging with customers whether they were toddlers or of the more mature age an absolute credit to the hotel, already looking at booking for next year. Thanks for a fab time the Beasley family.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are modern and furnished well, with good air conditioning. Pools were well managed and clean. When we went, not overly busy - and very much a multinational customers. This is not just a “Brits” hotel. Food in buffet was one of the best I have experienced at an all inclusive. A very wide range every meal - with on occasions theming “an Italian night” and “a Chinese night”. For a family with a couple of fussy teens - never an issue. All staff very welcoming - helpful where they can. Note the hotel is a little away from any local beach - but there is an hourly bus service put on by the hotel. But if you are a family that wants to set roots and avoid the hassle - perfectly possible to stay there for a whole week. My only 2 minor quibbles - the restaurant area could potentially get a little chaotic when busy - found myself accidentally tripping up over very small children. There needs a more logical layout and flow. Secondly - smoking and vaping appears to be permitted everywhere. I would prefer when lying on a subbed not to inhale the latest (bizarre) vape flavour. There needs to be designated smoking/vape areas within the site. If those 2 points were resolved - this would be 5 stars!
