Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

Wow!! Where do I begin 🤩 I am writing this now on our last full day and night before flying home tomorrow after spending 2 weeks at this beautiful hotel. When I read all the amazing reviews about St Elias, I thought, surely it can't be that good 🤣 but seriously we have never been anywhere like it. To do's: A boat trip swimming with the turtles, you will not regret it and waterworld. Brilliant for any ages 👏 Every single staff member at this hotel is exceptional and goes above any beyond anywhere we have ever been. The entertainment team 🥳 Hazel and her team are just out of this world and the daily activities and night time entertainment is fantastic. We will be doing the picky dance in our sleep I think! Ryan and Orla both have amazing voices and the girls Hazel, Miah, Lily and Lola are the most beautiful dancers. The food and drink👌 theme nights every night and the meze is just to die for so do make sure you book in! The drinks choice is fabulous and the bar staff will literally make you anything as long as they have the ingredients! Big shout out to Mohamed, Mohamed Jr and Joanna who always have service with a smile and have been the best with our 6 year old 💙 And not forgetting all the restaurant staff, particularly Reda who was the absolute best with our little boy! We had lunch out once and that was only because we needed food after our boat trip 🤣 Also gotta mention the lifeguards, they do get some real stick for the slide rules but they are there for a reason so please just give them a break 😌 And I can't end this post without thanking Flouris for always making sure you are ok and asking how your day has been, what a guy! We have chatted so many lovely people and met some friends for life ❤️ We always have the saying of 'we will never return to the same hotel twice due to the amount of places to visit in the world' but St Elias I really do think we will back ✌️ thank you for giving us so many memories and for the best holiday x

The facilities need more maintenance, especially the rooms’ air conditioning units and the toilets. The room we stayed in was a disaster, the temp outside was 45 degrees and the ac units were really dirty and causing terrible noice. We couldn’t sleep during the night. In general the place needs to be renovated. The staff, however, were excellent from the very first moment we entered the hotel premises. Everyone was smiling and trying to assist us. They were all polite and helpful

Yet another amazing stay at Louis St Elias August 2025. This is our second time visiting and definitely won’t be our last. This place is amazing from start to finish. The welcome you get is incredible from everyone at the hotel. The rooms are spotless, the beds are made everyday and water is replenished in the fridges. The pools are lovely and will always have beds available at any time of the day. The food is OUTSTANDING, you will be spoiled for choice not matter what time of day. The drinks are great and the bar staff are lovely. Our girls are 15 and 10 and had an amazing experience thanks to the wonderful entertainment team, a big shout out to Ryan, Hazel, Lola, Orla, Lily and Mia 🥳 so welcoming to every guest! The entertainment programme is amazing, our girls loved every minute, from pool side dancing, spoon diving, ring toss and water games. They also put on great shows in the evenings for all the family to enjoy. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed staying here. We had another week in paradise and were so sad to be leaving! Will definitely be staying for longer next time. Louis St Elias……we will be back 😄😄😄

We have just returned home last week from another amazing 2 weeks at St Elias. This is our third stay and each year it seems to get even better. The rooms (suites) are a great size and have plenty of space for 4 people, the pools and splash park are fantastic and always very clean. The food is absolutely fantastic - so much variety and everything cooked fresh for each sitting. We have 1 vegan with us and there was always lots to choose from. Branded drinks are available at both bars as well as slushies/milkshakes etc. The resort is made up of bungalow type rooms which feels more of a village than a hotel and feels very spread out and relaxing even in peak season. What makes this hotel though is the staff, every member of staff was friendly and genuinely happy to help from the moment you arrive at the hotel. From Julie on the front desk, to Ryan and the entertainment team, the amazing maintenance man (Amil) who was equally as fantastic last year, our cleaner who was always smiling, all of the restaurant team, Mohammed and the bar staff who again always served us with a smile and nothing was ever too much as well as the lifeguards and porters who took our bags and carried all of our things between our rooms for us (they insisted we don’t lift a thing and took care of all of our baggage). Finally to the amazing assistant manager Flouris who is the most hands on manager we have ever seen, you would find him serving drinks, cleaning tables, checking rooms, doing change overs and constantly checking in with guests to ensure they were happy. He genuinely enjoys being around the guests and is an all round top bloke! He is an absolute credit to the hotel and we’re looking forward to our next stay here!

Just sat in the airport waiting to fly home. Wow what can I actually say 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 what an amazing hotel the bar staff, restaurant staff especially Reda and Samel (think that’s how you spell it) and management team could not do enough! We had room 32 and the clearer was brilliant too. And the entertainment team well they were simply outstanding the shows on a night were like a west end show. Throughout the day they kept our wild children busy!! George Taxi picked us up and returned us to the airport his drivers were lovely. We loved it that much we will be coming back next year for sure! We have certainly fallen in love with St Elias ❤️❤️

Just home from a family trip of a week, this place is amazing in all aspects, the staff all make you feel welcome and can't do enough for you, we stayed for our Anniversary and had swan towels,cake and a bottle of wine in our room upon return,I can't say a bad word about it Shout out to Jake,always checking everything was ok with us and our stay Muhammed jr for his work in the pool bar(ASTON VILLA) Hope to see you again next year
