Great service and nice pool areas
We stayed with family for one night. Hotel is bit old and normal wear because of that. Pool areas are really nice, something for both kids and adults. Food was typical for all inclusive resort buffet, decent but nothing special. Service was great and very nice. They allowed us to stay at the pool and even have lunch after we checked out from the hotel.

Overnight Treat
Only stayed for 1 night as we were visiting friends in the area. However suite was superb , fridge was useful beach towels provided, spotless and staff could not have been more attentive.
Breakfast excellent. .A late checkout was available for a fee to 6pm. which allowed for us to have a relaxing day before leaving to catch a late flight.
Would have no hesitation in returning

Had the most fantastic October half term 3 generation family holiday. From the moment we arrived at 9pm in the evening, we were greeted with a smile, ushered to the restaurant for dinner, then shown to our suite. Can honestly say this is the happiest, friendliest holiday we have ever had. From Flouris, to restaurant, Hazel entertainment, Mo bar and their teams they were all amazing, happy and fun to be around, we couldn’t have asked for more. My husband has Coeliac disease and needed a gluten free diet, every meal time the chef (mainly Kyprous) showed him around the food stations explaining what he could and couldn’t have. Fresh bread, pasta could be cooked to order also crackers and biscuits were available too, they couldn’t do enough for him. We rarely return to the same destination but all the family young and old feel we would all like to return sooner than later. A BIG THANK YOU to all the team (apologies if their names are not correctly spelled and so many more of the team we could have mentioned).

Stayed at this little gem of a hotel in October. Can honestly say in terms of value for money & all inclusive it’s the best we’ve experienced,the pool with the slides was perfect for us our 9 year old was busy having the best time all day every day whether it be in on the slides or playing water polo in the pool. So much going on darts,football quiz’s etc. We never used quiet pool as it didn’t suit us with having kids but it looked great nice & calm. Rooms - I’d have to say look a bit basic on the eye but good practicality wise ,huge balcony we had in 1 bed Apartment,tbh your having too good a time to worry about rooms anyway. Flouris the manager what a guy always on the scene making sure guests were happy. All waiters & bar staff incredible a credit to the hotel. Holly Annibelle & the girls served up superb entertainment every night. Food is best we’ve ever experienced couldn’t believe how great it was different theme every day/night everything fresh! Our boy is desperate to go back he made so many friends atmosphere in hotel is something you just don’t get at most hotels. See you again next October Louis St Elias! Koselig sted, men vi hadde mye maur på rommet. Vi hadde eget basseng som var det beste med oppholdet. Lagt mye opp fordi det er mye engelsk menn på dette hotellet så følte mat var veldig lagt opp til de. Personalet på hotellet er helt supre. Vi koste oss men dette var ikke hotell vi kommer tilbake til

I had high expectations after reading other Trip Adviser reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel was clean, well kept and the staff were amazingly attentive. The pool areas were ideal for our children aged 7 & 11 and it was the best AI food we've had with something for everyone and well presented. It is set back from the ***** but we preferred that so you could venture into the busier areas of Protaras when you wanted or enjoy the tranquility of the hotel. A special mention to the Manager Flouris who went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I'm not one for making return visits to the same hotel but I would make an expectation for St Elias due to the great management by Flouris and we have so many great memories of our time there! (Room 64)
