We stayed at this hotel during May half term. We had a fantastic time here and would certainly return in the future. The staff are brilliant and extremely friendly. The assistant hotel manager Fleuris was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and he welcomed any feedback we had regarding our stay and how he could improve in any way. He was very attentive and made sure he was always on the move around the hotel, making sure guests were being well looked after. A huge shout out to the entertainment team who do a superb job! A special mention to Hazel, Ryan and Lola who are just fantastic with both the kids and adults. The mini discos were great, our 4 and 7 year old loved it each night and the activities around the pool throughout the day too! Us adults really enjoyed some of the entertainment in the evening. They do an awesome job. Ryan remembered everyone's name and Lola was loved by all the children! Another shout out to the bar man Muhammed. Extremely friendly and remembered everyone's drinks after day one! The quality of food was great and always a great selection. This could be a little hotter though. There wasn't an iron in our room however we had a travel one so It wasn't an issue for us but worth noting if you tend to use one on holiday. Overall we had the best time as a family and we were very sad to leave. Jamie and Chennel. x

Well we are off home today after another magical week at St Elias! Our 3rd time and our best time yet! Was sad to see beforehand that a few off the staff had moved on but we needed have worried as the new staff are phenomenal! The entertainment team are our favourite we have seen at any Louis hotel and the talent amongst them is unreal, those girls can dance and Ryan has an amazing voice and can turn his hand at any song (not to mention remembering all our names after asking just once!). Nathan is the cocktail connoisseur and I tested him a few times with some obscure ones but couldn’t catch him out, our cleaner was the friendliest most attentive cleaner we’ve had on any holiday as-well, Ahmed and Georgia on reception always smiling and helpful, the chef’s are amazing and food delicious, the restaurant staff work tirelessly to keep up with demand, special shout to Reda for having a laugh with the kids! I wish I could name every member of staff we’ve come across as all of them are fantastic! Last shout outs are for the amazing Flouris and his new right hand man Jake for doing there upmost to keep everyone leaving here with a smile! Untill next time Adio and Efkharisto! Love the Boyes family x

A 2nd visit in 2 years to St Ellias was outstanding. Although the rooms are not the most digitally equipped the resort offers great food in a relaxed atmosphere and is only 15 mins walk from the Protaras *****. It is the staff who make this hotel successful. The team are lead by operations manager Floris who is full of energy and enthusiasm. It's not often that I would pick out individuals but Mr Atif in the bar and Mr Reda in the restaurant showed exceptional attitudes towards guest experiences. The hidden staff in the kitchens, the grounds and housekeeping all deserve a mention for their overall contributions to the efficient running of the resort. Whether you are a family or a couple St Ellias caters for all needs and I am already planning another stay.

Just home from a returning trip to this hotel. We originally came out for a wedding 18 months ago but loved it that much that we have returned with the same group. We don’t usually return to the same place so that in itself is a compliment. We were with a mixed range of aged children who thoroughly enjoyed all that the venue has to offer. The pool and slides kept them entertained for hours and the entertainment team did great at the the games which they got involved in and the evening entertainment. The food here is amazing, for an all inclusive it’s very rare to find somewhere with good food every night, however here it really has been the best we have ever had. Must try the Meze too as that was beautiful. You wont be disappointed. Rooms are very clean and spacious and they clean daily, replacing towels and bedding and restocking water in the fridge. My kids were messy and they even tidied up after them 🙈 The free bus provided down to the beach and back again is great for them days where you can’t be bothered to walk. The staff here are very friendly and make such an effort to get to know you all and talk to you throughout the day. Having a laugh and a joke and nothing is a problem for them. The grounds are lovely, clean and well maintained. Overall this should be a 5* complex, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay again and would love to return in the future.

We (2 adults 1 child 3yo) stayed in this wonderful place for 11 nights in the middle of May. It is stunning, so clean, well laid out, the pools are lovely and it just has a great feel to the place. Up the hill with some lovely views of the horizon and St Elias chapel, its away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the town. There is a shuttle bus that runs regularly into Protaris which is fab the driver is a lovely chap and always tries to stop if he sees you, even though there are designated stop points. The walk though is only 10 mins, though it shows longer on Google Maps. The food is fantastic, a superb selection for all meal times and food themed nights such as Mexican/Med etc. Much better than nearly all the hotels we have ever stayed in and a big reason we chose here for the reviews. I was very impressed with the main restaurant food, the snack bar was fine it had nuggets chips and burgers, then some cold options like salads and wraps. Then they also have the Meze restaurant which you can book, free of charge which is brilliant. Lovely setting, the food is fabulous but bring your eating slacks as there is a huge amount of it, we had to be rolled out of there. Food gets an easy 5* for me overall. The rooms are very nice, spacious and well presented when you arrive, a refurb would be needed to take this to 5* but excellent value for money with what you pay for this place. The showers were literally the only disappointing thing as they were rarely hot, you need to put on an immersion heater to warm them so waiting around and even then it didn't really last a shallow bath for our daughter the wife (who likes a volcanic shower) then me who was left with what was left. However as i say this was the only negative. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic, the team made the holiday so special for our daughter as they are honestly brilliant. They work so hard do everything between them the the poolside aerobics, games, activities, quizzes, the nightly shows and entertainment and kids club, which is very well resourced and such a fun place to go (kids have to be 4 to be left but can be under this if you stay with them). The shows, Ryan the lead vocalist is a great singer, an even better dancer and just a pure entertainer. This along with the fact he's one of the loveliest guys we have ever met, I've never our 3yo daughter so attached to someone other than family. He made her holiday, he knows everyone's names, kids and parents (i don't know how), Ryan was a family favorite. Lola, Lillie, Mia, Hazel and Alice (Who was leaving to go onto the cruise ships) were all wonderful dancers, the costume changes, the choreography and the interaction with the crowd/kids was just brilliant. Leading the mini disco for the kids and being so wonderful every single one of them. The hotel is lucky to have such a great team and entertainment on site. This was our favorite part if we had to choose something, every single day our daughter said "are the girls dan

Absolutely incredible place! The staff, the entertainment and the location is impeccable. The place is clean and provides incredible value. Everything out of the venue is located very close by and the hotel runs a bus service to take you and collect every hour. The place is faultless, the only downside is Jeff ( manager ) likes to be involved in the games and is far too good to play! We will definitely be back!

This was our second time visiting St. Elias Resort – and definitely not the last. We absolutely love this place. This time we came slightly off-season, which turned out to be ideal. The hotel wasn’t crowded, which gave the staff more time to chat and joke with the guests. There were no lines at the pool, bars, or restaurants – absolutely perfect. The hotel’s entertainment team offers water polo, dancing, kids’ games, and quizzes throughout the day, along with great evening shows. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of Scandinavian guests – we only met one other couple from Norway. As a result, all the entertainment was in English, which meant the kids didn’t understand everything – but surprisingly, their English improved a lot during the stay! The staff here are truly something special – warm, kind, and full of humor. It was so heartwarming to come back and be remembered from the year before. You quickly learn the names of the amazing people who work here. Dimitri makes sure you’re having a fantastic time by the pool – he’s wonderful with children and clearly loves his job. Our kids already miss him – he really deserves an award! Andrea and Mohammed at the bar are two rays of sunshine who do everything they can to help you relax and enjoy your holiday. This time they even had time to serve drinks by the sunbeds – a huge plus for us with small children. The all-inclusive concept here is one of the best we’ve experienced. You get iced coffee, milkshakes, cocktails, beer, snacks, and food all the way until midnight. The kids got a bit tired of nuggets and spaghetti Bolognese, but they were open to trying the food we adults had. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The fridge was restocked daily with soft drinks, water, juice, beer, and wine. Every afternoon after a day by the pool, we came back to a spotless room with fresh pastries and fruit. We both tried a spa massage – the facilities were lovely, prices very reasonable, and the staff skilled and professional. They were also very understanding when we had to cancel one appointment last minute. The hotel grounds are simply stunning – lush, green, and full of beautiful, colorful flowers. You won’t find many hotels with this kind of natural charm. There are some stairs here and there, but we managed just fine with a stroller. The reception staff helped with luggage and provided both a crib and stroller at no extra charge. We hadn’t booked a crib in advance, assuming we wouldn’t need one, but they brought one straight away without any fuss – big plus! One evening, one of our kids didn’t want a warm meal for dinner. Mohammed spoke with the kitchen, and they arranged for a plate with bread rolls and cold cuts – that kind of service really stands out. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the beach and town. There’s a supermarket and a small amusement park for kids just a 5-minute walk downhill. A taxi from the town center to the hotel costs €10
