Sunrise Beach Hotel

Nice hotel, but a bit old. For 5 old stars =)

Friendly staff, clean common arias, clean rooms, excellent food.

Just returned from Sunrise Beach hotel, fantastic stay. Hotel was spotless, rooms cleaned every day. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The allocated sunbeds were amazing, we didn't like the first choice so we went back to the pool man and we asked to change and he found us beds around the adult pool. it was so lovely to not have to worry about finding sunbeds. The food and dine around was amazing, lovely food and three course meals in the dine around restautants. Justine in the Othello bar was just so lovely and always chatty and happy. She helped me when I burnt my hand and asked me a few times afterwards was it ok , thanks Justine :) Yash in the Adult pool bar was the best bar man, always had a smile on his face and said hello every morning, made the best Pina Colada's , we will hopefully be back to see you soon Yash :) I would definately recommend this hotel, if you have booked you are in for a treat!!

Spent a week here and the facilities, service, location and cleanliness are all second to none. Champagne and cheese sandwiches on our night-time arrival were a brilliant first impression and set the tone for the whole holiday. Once I mentioned I had visited 3 times as a child a complimentary bottle of wine was provided to our room. The adults only pool is a nice and quiet area to choose sunbeds. We asked to move sunbeds during the week and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Special mentions to Maria and her trainee on reception, the young man on concierge as well as Yash behind the adults pool bar. An amazing holiday that was worth every penny, we will be back soon!

We have been to this Hotel on several occasions when my daughter was a little girl, we returned in June with my daughter and Granddaughter, this hotel and the staff are 10/10 and the food was also 10/10, The children's entertainment was excellent and a big big thank you to Simon and the team for their time spent entertaining my granddaughter Phoebe you are the best.

Firstly I apologise for not naming staff. There were so many fabulous members and I would hate to leave anyone out. We were on a full board basis Our flight from NI meant that we weren't getting to this Hotel until very late evening. We were greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff. We were offered a glass of orange juice or champagne and a fresh filled baguette (as we had missed dinner) our bags were taken to our room which was spotlessly clean with a lovely view over looking the terrace, pool and a partial sea view. We returned to reception to use the computerised booking system for restaurants outside the Hotel complex. There were wonderful restaurants and as we were full board, similar to the hotel, once dinner was booked all we had to pay for were our drinks. I would advise anyone to try as many as possible however our favourites were the pan-Asian, Fishbone (at the sister hotel Sunrise Pearl Hotel), the Argentinian steak house and the Italian Breakfast is a tightly run ship with excellent Chef's and a great variety of Continental and cooked breakfasts. Towels are exchanged/refreshed when needed and the guys organising the poolside beds were extremely helpful and pleasant. The beach is located just off the hotel grounds. Its beautifully sandy with easy access to the ocean. Lunch again had great variety and the girl managing this (on a daily basis and then the restaurant in the evening) was so helpful, pleasant, efficient and just lovely. Our room had twin beds which were SO comfortable and had the best pillows I've experienced on holiday. The room was always left spotlessly clean and the bed linen also was very fresh and clean. The bathroom was modern (a large shower) with a good supply of towels and also a supply of shower gel if needed. ALL the staff (no matter what their role) always greeted you with a smile and a hello. I may get this wrong but Haris? (at the pool bar next to the kiddies pool) was great. He was very pleasant and after our first order he remembered what we liked for the rest of our stay :-) I can't recommend this hotel and the staff highly enough and I can't wait to go back.
