Excellent location. We moved here from another hotel in Ayia Napa. Protaras is very cosy and silent place, ideal for the family trip. The hotel itself has small breakfast but everything you need. Staff is very friendly. Cleaning is every day. Prices are very generous

If you want to choose a great hotel to stay for a holiday in Cyprus, I sincerely recommend Kokkinos boutique hotel. Pleasant, nice atmosphere. Nice ladies from the reception. Organization of my birthday, balloons in hearts, a card with wishes, champagne. The whole hotel very clean, the room very clean even the USB sockets, Breakfast very good, the hotel has a good location, everything is very close, restaurants, shops. I spent my time very nice. - Zentrale Lage, viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bars in der näheren Umgebung - dadurch zeitweise auch etwas laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster aber gut zu ertragen - sehr schöne, flache Sandstrände Fig Tree und Sunrise Beach nach nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen - moderne und saubere Zimmer; Kaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher, Fön, Safe, Kühlschrank und auch Steckdosenadapter vorhanden; genug Ablage und Hängefläche im Schrank; auch im Bad genug Abstell- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten; Wäschetrockner auch auf dem Balkon, Handtuchwechsel war täglich; die abend/nächtliche rote Balkonbeleuchtung konnte man mit den dunklen Vorhängen gut verschwinden lassen -Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit -Frühstück - von jedem was dabei, sehr ausreichend -Pool mit Sonnenliegen sehr sauber und schön, durch die beiden Hotelblöcke jedoch zu unserer Zeit schon ab mittags im Schatten

This is the 3rd year running we have been to this hotel. The hotel is situated on the Protaras ***** with all the restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep The beautiful, clean beaches with clear blue water are a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly and professional. You come as guests but you leave as their friends. The staff go the" extra mile" for you. Olga and all reception staff,Maya in the restaurant and Paula our cleaner are outstanding people. Some people may find the fact that the pool is in shade for most of the afternoon an issue, but we didn't. We have already booked for 2025.

Our second trip to Kokkinos Boutique hotel as a family - we also stayed in October 2023 and we are still blown away by the amazing staff at the hotel. We stayed as a family of three (two adults and an 18 month old), the rooms are spacious - I would recommend asking for the B block as A is right on the ***** and can be loud. The staff are all wonderful, in particular maya who is part of the catering team. Always made us feel welcome at breakfast. Breakfast could do with some improvements, we found the variety large but also limiting. However, everything was fresh and tasty. We also want to sing the praises of Nadia on reception who remembered us and our little boy from the year prior! She was absolutely wonderful with our son, made us feel so welcome and even bought a little gift for our son which was above and beyond and we will treasure. Highly recommend for a friendly, budget hotel that’s right on the ***** and close to everything!

Great hotel and we usually stay here - great service, rooms and breakfast is really nice. Pool is perfect. Good cocktails. Always have a good time and it has a great location on the Protoras *****. We will make it there once more this year. Highly recommended.

Only stayed for 3 nights but found the hotel exceptionally clean, couldn't fault the staff and the breakfast had everything you'd expect ie. Continental, cooked, fruit and pastries. Very central to everything and the beach was a 5 minute stroll. I would stay here again.

A really nice small hotel, the location is great close to the beach, and shops and restaurants. Really nice breakfast with plenty of choices. The room was a bit small but very comfy. The only thing we didn't love was the noise, our room was looking at the street and there are many loud cafes close, but that's not the hotels fault.

We went for my partners birthday. We were upgraded to a pool view room and greeted with a bottle of sparking wine, birthday cakes & a red heart balloon. Rooms are lovely and clean. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Loved the red lighting, great touch!....staff were very polite & welcoming. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be booking again. Bravo kokkinos❤️
