Hotel is in an ideal location. It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned each day. On check in(going by the family room), you get a starter kit for tea/coffee which has some teabags/coffee sachets/sugar/small milk/creamer type liquid/water/kettle. You hire the safe in the room at €1.50 per day and get a code from reception to open it. Staff at the hotel are lovely. We stayed b&b. Breakfast is a buffet. There's a reasonable selection of food including cereal/fruit/cooking corner where you get omelette or crepes. Staff in dining area are lovely, especially Mr Smiler/Mr Happy! I would return to the hotel again at some stage.

My honest review, the he room we had was nice, we paid extra for the seafront view but it only gets the sun until 10.30 am so would not pay the extra cost, the room are very nice and cleaned every day. The all inclusive I wish I had not paid for as the food for all inclusive is not the best and we only ate there for one day, but if you pay for the food from the hotel menu it seems a lot better so for that I give all inclusive a 1. The staff do help when you ask but don’t think they’ll be asking you if you want anything, overall it’s a nice clean hotel, would I stay again probably yes but definitely not all inclusive hope this helps

A very friendly family-run hotel in a great location at the quieter, northern end, of Protaras' promenade walkway, but only a 2 min walk to more bars and restaurants than anyone could possibly visit in a fortnight ! Rooms large and spotlessly clean, and all staff (and managers) the most friendly, helpful and attentive that I've ever known. I am a fussy eater, but I never failed to enjoy the food presented at lunch and dinner - a good choice of meats and salads (Visitors in some of the 'inland view' rooms get a good view of the nearby 'dancing waters' show, which is just behind the hotel !) This is my 18th visit to Cyprus, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mandali and will very likely stay here again soon.

Another fabulas holiday at the Mandali hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. We are pleased to say we were not disappointed to be back. Excellent location for beach, restaurants, shopping, and walking along the boardwalk. Super friendly staff at The hotel, nothing is too much trouble, and they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are furnished with what is needed for a weeks holiday. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, a fridge, and coffee/tea facilities also a safe for your valuables. Lovely balcony with table and chairs and both our visits had a great sea view. Maid service every day if you want it, and all was clean to a high standard. The pool area is always clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds to choose from. With the bar and restaurant area to hand. The breakfast is full english, cereals, and continental buffet etc, drinks of juices and tea/ coffees ect. We would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants an easy and enjoyable getaway. Thanks to all the staff at The Mandali hotel.

Pros. Clean hotel with a good location just minutes from Protaras ***** and beach. Rooms were clean and bed and pillows were comfortable and we could get a good nights sleep. Bathrooms are adequate and look nice at fist glance but the bath was obviously very old and not updated when the room was, the terrible sealant job around it made it look worse. We had a late flight home but were able to use the shower facilities in the spa after a day on the beach before our coach collected us, hotel provides a towel. Cons. We stayed B&B the breakfast was ok but only ever lukewarm. A lot of the pool area is shaded in the afternoon but the beach is only a minute away. Outside furniture is in need of a update especially the cushions on the wicker look settees and chairs, they were flattened and mismatched and stained and just spoilt the look which is a shame because it would be an easy fix to replace the seat pads. It’s a 3 star hotel at the end of the day and we would stay again because of the good location and comfortable bed.
