The Vrissaki Beach Hotel is a nice hotel and is located in the centre of Paramilla.
Bars, Restaurants and shops such as supermarkets are all located a few minutes away from the hotel.
The hotel is very clean throughout.
The customer service and friendly staff mske your stay enjoyable.
I would like to thank Elizabeth who was our maid. She took such good care ofvus and cleaned our hotel room perfectly each day.
The reception team were all friendly and very kind. A special mention to Stavros who worked the night shift on reception, he was absolutely fantastic and he made us feel so special. I would like to say that the restaurant staff including the managers should show more respect to all customers and not just the people they like. We did unwelcome at times especially by the management who felt they were superior and did not feel it was necessary to greet all customers.
The Vrissaki Beach Hotel is a grest hotel but please be aware it is a quiet hotel and there is no entertainment at the hotel in the evenings. So if you are looking for a more lively evening, then you will need to go out each evening. We stayed on a breakfast only basis and we ate at different restaurants in town. There are some very good restaurants but please take note that on average an evening meal with one drink each will cost around £75.00.
So if you are on a limited budget then you should consider an all inclusive package at the hotel.
We can only comment about breakfast which was good everyday.

Me and my partner are here now. We absolutely love this hotel. We stayed here last May and had a fabulous time and decided to return. Staff are friendly and pleasant the cleaners do an excellent job cleaning our room (special thanks to Layla) the hotel is spotless throughout. The beach views are amazing, Location is perfect. Food is fresh and plenty of options. You have everything on your doorstep from restaurants, bars, shops, boat trips. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t wait to return again next year. Thank you to everyone at Vrissaki.

Just returned from a week away at this hotel. Staff on reception were always polite and helpful, as were the cleaners. The pools are absolutely freezing and hardly anyone got into it, but the sun beds are very comfortable and there was never a rush for sun beds, they were always available during the day. Around the pool there is hardly any music playing, if it is playing then it’s very quiet, which we found boring. The beds in the hotel are very comfortable but the pillows are not. We were self catering but one afternoon we thought we’d try out the hotels beach restaurant, but were ignored after sitting and waiting for someone to approach us for 10 minutes, we decided to just get up and go somewhere else. Overall the hotel was pleasant but we would most likely not return as we walked past other hotels that seemed more entertaining.

Lovely hotel and at reasonable price we stayed B&B in a superior sea view room on the 5th floor with fantastic views of pool, beach & sea. The room had everything you need with a huge bed great air con and spotless the cleaners do a fantastic job. the reception and terrace area is modern and airy and always spotlessly clean. we visited the spa and must say one of the best massages i have ever had. This was our first visit to Protaras & hotel will definitely be back and would not stay anywhere else

I order a pizza from they're beach front terrace Miami bar etc,they send the poorest pizza I ever seen.There was a very thick layer of cheese on top of the dough.When I try to explain that you have a bad product they try to convince me that they are right and that I had to pay full price. The second person who was with me eat some but we send back 3 slices telling them is no good. Bottom line/ customer Service ,knowledge in hospitality is zero. I offer to pay half price for a bad product or full payment and I let them decide.They decide to take full payment.For the tourist who come in Cyprus to know that they do not have knowledge,staff to produce a good product.I was dealing with a local guy a suppervisor who was totally lost when talking was looking away. By the way I work in the trade and I live in Cyprus.
