very dissapointing
The hotel has a very good location with walking distance to the beach with beatful view. The hotel has good facilities like spa and swimming pool however we could not use any of these because the pool is small and there is no enough sunbeds. Visitors wake uap early and leave their towels in orde to occupy the sunbeds whole day even if they dont use them .
Air conditioner was hardly working, it was constantly hot in the room and we could not sleep. Beds are uncomfortable and I had lower back pain after the first sleep in that hotel.
The bathroom sink was leaking and nobody came to fix it. Overall the rooms need refurbishment. There was one bottle of water in the room and when we asked for an extra one (each cost 3 Euro) they requested 5 Euro service charge for room service. There is no shampoo, no soap (only luquid soap that drips and you cant even wash your body with it) and no hair balsam, no hair dryer.
At the restaurant we ordered chicken caesar salad and they put bacon in i although there is no such ingridient mentioned in the menu and I warned the waitress I dont eat pork. When I called the manager his reply was 'all chicken caesar salads contain bacon and that was a menu printing company fault). No apologies nothing. Ant ehe last but not least they did not clean our room even once in our 3 days stay. Second day the cleanşng lady showed up at 11 and we asked her to come in 20 minutes as we were getting ready for the beach). When we came back couple of hours later the

I visited Vrissaki Beach Hotel and I was very happy and satisfied, especially after not visiting Cyprus for 15 years. I did something for myself, changed my life, and started taking better care of my health. Today, I visited the spa for the first time, not just to look around, but to receive an unforgettable massage from the therapist Dobrina. She was exceptional! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Είχα μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία μασάζ με την Ντόμπρινα. Από την αρχή, δημιούργησε μια χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα και μου έδωσε τη δυνατότητα να απολαύσω κάθε στιγμή. Η τεχνική της ήταν επαγγελματική ,φρόντισε να καλύψει τις ανάγκες μου. Οι συμβουλές της σχετικά με την ανακούφιση του άγχους και της έντασης ήταν πολύ χρήσιμες. Ένιωσα πραγματικά ανανεωμένος μετα το μασάζ. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα την Ντόμπρινα на όλους όσους θέλουν να απολαύσουν ένα εξαιρετικό μασάζ!

i visited cyprus for the first time in my life and for the most special moment in my life, i stayed here with my partner on the occasion of our honeymoon, i found my love in olden times. and my time here was unique, all the staff were smiling and friendly, always ready to help in need the food was quite satisfying and always varied for everyone who fasts or is vegan, of course I would not fail to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room and the excellent service from the night shift of the maids as well as the spa center where my partner and I received one of the most relaxing moments from the very funny therapist DOBRINA, my wife got a facial and I got a body massage

We stayed at the Vrissaki in June/July but completely forgot about writing a review at the time. We’d always popped in at times when my parents were staying here and already saw how nice the rooms and pool were. The rooms are cleaned daily, always fresh towels, and spacious. We very rarely used the evening bar but we did a couple of times and George seemed very polite. Mariana and Khan in the pool bar are both very pleasant and always in a jolly mood. We regularly spoke to Stavros on reception when coming back in the evenings and he was very polite and easy to speak to. We didn’t always eat at the hotel in the evenings as we like to try different restaurants, but we enjoyed breakfast, lunch & the snack menu as there was always a variety of options. We had one issue a week into our holiday but management dealt with it the same day and everything was sorted so we can’t fault that. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly, and we’re excited to come back in September next year.

Can I start by saying the hotel is generally ok and so are the staff. But!! I have been here a wk now and craving food which is hot and not just warm at best. Breakfast is about the best meal of the day but it goes down hill from there on most days. When I booked this holiday the hotel boasted of three restaurants but failed to mention one is closed another you have to pay for the use of leaving the third. The bikini beach restaurant this is where you can get lukewarm limited choice food. Unless you are a paying customer, they get food from the a la cart menu piping hot and very different to what the all inclusive guests get. They also have a much more varied drinks menu. I have already eaten out twice and will continue to do so as I am here for another three days ( unfortunately ) and like good quality food served hot and also to be treated the same as all the other holiday makers. Being made to feel second rate to others when I have already paid a premium price is not what I expected and will not return to this hotel. I could go on about cleanliness of hotel rooms and much more but I will leave that for my email to tui. I have been to my rep and lodged my complaints but expect very little to be done. Tui you should be ashamed of urself for supplying this package to paying customers and at best review your start rating and pricing at this hotel. Vrissaki you really need to up your game.
