I stayed here for a week and left today. Staff were lovely and building is nice and modern however whenever we was in our room we could hear everyone in their rooms. Next to us there was someone screaming at his partner for a few hours then I think he left and new people came in. The thin walls made it so we could hear their tv all day and night. We also saw a cockroach in the hall way and below is a picture of pink sausages we had at breakfast. Not worth the money. Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money to be there

We were very happy with the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean. The breakfast was good but could be better, especially fresh fruit salad and more bread varieties would be good. We can only recommend the Evalena. Price/performance is right.

Normal 4 star, 5-7 minutes to the beach, the rooms are not big, breakfast and dinner are not bad. Special thanks to the staff, Svetlana, Yulia and Miroslava, they always helped with questions. And special thanks to the cleaner Katerina, she never came into the room when the "do not disturb" mode was turned on, unlike others! My wish to the hotel, do something with those who meet guests at breakfast and dinner, I think they need to work in another position, since they always had gloomy faces:)

We had an absolutely great time at the Evalena Beach Hotel. My partner and I stayed for six days on the all-inclusive package, and it was perfect for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was good, quiet but not far from Protaras center. We were also really impressed with the food and tasty cocktails. Everything we needed was included in the package: three meals a day, soft drinks, and a great selection of cocktails. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

Stayed here in June (10 nights) had a really nice time even recommended my brother who came July. Decided to come back now in September(2 weeks), when we arrived and entered the room although they thanks us for returning and left a fruit platter they have given us a room that is significant smaller that the room we had last time, the bathroom space is probably 50% smaller and the balcony. As are staying for longer this time and actually paid more for an ‘upgraded room’ because we have a partial sea view we were quite dissatisfied at the size difference. We went down to ask if it was possible to ‘downgrade’ our room to the room we had last time. We was told the rooms are the exact same size ( they are clearly not), and to come back after breakfast the following day to see if it was possible to move rooms. We called after we had breakfast and was told again the rooms are the same size and that there is no one to speak to till 1pm . Sitting in on your first day of holiday to speak to someone about a room issue is not ideal. We decided to stay in the room despite the size difference as not unpacking and waiting around is an inconvenience, as mentioned we are staying for 2 weeks and have 5 hangers in the room so called for more. We have now been waiting over half hour, I called for an update and was told she will come when she has time. Feeling like an inconvenience in a 4 star hotel is not what you want on your holiday. As someone who works in a 4* hotel in London very clear the standard are way off in this hotel. Unfortunately I think this will be our second and last stay at Evelena.

Lovely place best place on the island, staff are excellent, kind and hard working, George goes above and beyond to help with anything you ask to make your stay special. All staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool bar staff, indoor bar staff, the restaurant chefs, receptionists and maintenance man. Pool bar had the best barman ever Can't wait to return xx
