This hotel was lovely and we would recommend a stay. I booked two sea view rooms for my husband and I and my sister and her hubby for 13 -15th Sept 2024. On arrival, the receptionist was very helpful and attentive. Both rooms were clean and modern. En-suite shower was lovely, with good water pressure. No complaints about the room but be aware there are no tea and coffee making facilities (although there is a good sized fridge) but I asked our friendly receptionist for a kettle and she had one sent up, so problem solved. The pool and sunbeds, we felt were fantastic. Wooden movable sunbeds, with comfortable thick mattresses. The pool was clean and big enough to swim laps. The only problem was there were metal steps to get in, no gradual or wide stepped entry. The outside bar did a wide range of drinks and staff were friendly. We stayed bed and breakfast, but could have paid 20 euros each for dinner. The breakfasts were ok provided you got there early. We were disappointed with the coffee in the machine and found plates and bowls were slow to be replaced and we had to ask. The breakfast food itself was lovely, a good choice, full English or continental, and the orange juice was particularly delicious. However we didn’t eat at the hotel for lunch or dinner but did pop to have a look and found a big queue waiting for the food, which is not ideal if you are hungry. The music played around the pool was a mixture of genres and more for young people in the morning but did get better as the day went on (we are 50/60 years). All in all, we had a great two days and would go back

Writing on behalf of a friend who’s not Internet friendly. Absolutely shocking experience Customer Service was terrible. They seem to separate the people who are not all inclusive from those who are. And if you’re wearing a wristband you are very limited to what you can eat and drink. Location is beautiful but whatever you do don’t stay at this hotel diabolical. Unless of course you enjoy bad manners chips and clams every night.

All inclusive?! The drinks are limited. The food is cold and its the same thing over and over. Its mainly chicken snitzel, carbonara. We were hoping to try new food. No ice cream unless you pay for it. Only one bar open (and only until 10 pm for all inclusive). The bar shuts at 11 but you have to pay and theres only one bar staff working and he goes for his break leaving it closed! No bar in restaurant and upstairs bar shut. Although its a place to bring your family, the loud dance music at the pool all day is awful, the pool closes at 6 and then you have to sit at the pool bar where they change the music but its the same every night. There is no entertainment. The bar staff tell the kids off for jumping in the pool during the day because its not allowed. There is one broken pool table and a table tennis table. The kids are all bored. This place has potential and the staff work really hard but there is no friendly atmosphere, no snacks and at times we have felt unwelcome. If you do stay here don't book all inclusive. Many other families are cross because they have paid for all inclusive and feel like they are being penalised for it. If you pay for food and drinks while you are here you can have what you want! Its just not fair! We have paid for everything to be included and its not. We should not have been made to feel like second class citizens because we paid in advance. Adelais Bay website is not accurate to what happens here. I have complained to them and the company we booked it through.

One word that describes everything in this hotel is AMAZING! :) But, let's start. ROOM was absolutely PERFECT - super comfortable bed (one of the best we've ever slept in) and very big which is very important to us because our kids usually come to our bed to sleep, so it was big enough for four of us. :) Room was also perfectly clean, they were cleaning every day, changing sheets and towels. The terrace was also big and it was pleasant to sit there in the evening. I have to add that it during evening and also during the day it was so quiet which also made our holiday to be so good because we needed to get enough sleep. :) The AC system worked flawlessly, it was so pleasantly in the room. FOOD in the hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT! Everything that we ate was so delicious and fresh and there was a large selection of dishes every day with lots of salads, different fruits and sweets also. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner we were delighted with the food and also with the restaurant staff. They were all so kind and helpfull led by dear chef Konstantinos. :) Hotel bar was our favourite place. :) At the swimming pool with wonderful music during whole day and fantastic cocktails that we had in all-inclusive service and the best bartenders. Thank you a lot, dear Adrian and Paul, for best cocktails, for your patience and understanding for our kids. Swimming pool was perfectly clean and we all loved it a lot, especially our kids. :) LOCATION of Adelais hotel is FANTASTIC because you are very close to the famous Green Bay Beach with crystal clear water and my advice is not to miss sunrising because it is absolutely stunning. Secondly bus station is also very close so we went almost every day to some other bech to swim and also to the center of Protaras and to Aya Napa. Hotel staff is so kind, helpfull, patient and nice that I miss words for all of them. Rafaella welcomed us with her beautiful smile the morning we arrived tired and exhausted and she did everything that we didn't wait a lot to enter our room. Thank you, dear Rafaella, for everything during our 10 unforgettable days in Adelais. Rafaella, Sofia, Adrian, Paul and all other staff that I didn't remember names made our holiday even more beter. Thank you all and see you again! :) Adelais hotel is unique and fantastic hotel with a soul! ❤️

We had an enjoyable stay at Adelais Bay. The hotel is in a great location, 20 minute walk from the Protaras town and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beaches - Green Bay was our favourite. The rooms in the hotel are pretty dated. The bathroom had a fair amount of black mould around the shower and the tiles. There was also only one plug socket that could be used and this was nowhere near the mirror which was a bit of a pain. However the sheets were changed regularly and new towels provided every few days and also when asked for. We had an issue with the air conditioning and maintenance came up to look at it within 15 minutes of it being reported. The view of the sea from the hotel was lovely also and the pool area looked like it had recently been redone. The breakfasts were good for a small hotel, including hot food along with pastries etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a cheap stay in a great location!

The hotel management forces guests to endure excessively loud music at the pool all day long from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., without a break. You have no choice but to go to the beach. It seems they don't want guests at the pool.
