The Queens Landes rail was suspended due to the approach of the cyclone, and it was an unscheduled stay, but it was an interesting hotel town and a good experience memory. Enjoy the atmosphere of the country town of Australia.

We stayed overnight at this motel on our way back from Cairns to Brisbane. The new owners are very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The owners are doing a great job in getting this place back up and running. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you needed. The swimming pool is a pleasant surprise as is the shower and the beds which made for a comfortable stay. Worth a stopover.
