This is a handsome building with charming rooms in a great location. Our room had a huge terrace with an amazing view of the port. We could walk to the local monuments the historical center and the port with ease. Breakfast served by the kind and friendly hosts, Franco and Giovanna, was exquisite! Fresh orange juice, delicious coffee, fantastic tiny tomatoes on toast and a wide selection of gorgeous pastries. The fresh fruit was also marvelous. Franco was lots of fun as well as very helpful. Their son is a sweet guy. The atmosphere of the hotel is very warm and inviting. The people at reception were helpful as well.

Hotel situato in uno dei posti più belli dell’isola. Situato in una posizione strategica, percorribile a piedi e facilmente raggiungibile dal porto. Camere spaziose con terrazza sospesa sul mare, un vero sogno. Pulito con splendide mattonelle di vietri. Ha mantenuto intatta l’identità dell’isola, vera, autentica senza eccessi. Lascia parlare il panorama. Colazione al mattino servita in un piccolo giardino sospeso tra cielo e mare, tra la cortesia e il garbo dei proprietari.

Great stay in March 2022. All rooms have the islands best view. I might at best breakfast too, amazing! Owner and staff very helpful and friendly and present at all times. Perfect location to visit the island. There is no doubt, this is the place to stay! Grazie mille La Casa!

Siamo stati ospiti del b&b La casa sul Mare dal 13 al 20.7.2024. Una vacanza splendida, anche perchè non potevamo trovare un tempo migliore. L'albergo si trova in una posizione magnifica, con vista su un porto comunque molto tranquillo, comodamente raggiungibile con il mezzo pubblico e anche a piedi dal porto di sbarco dei traghetti Snav provenienti da Napoli (a patto di non avere molti bagagli perchè le strade di Procida sono cattivelle come salite!!!). Camera molto pulita e bella grande, con un balcone (praticamente terrazzo) bellissimo e grande. Belli gli arredi in legno, probabilmente d'epoca, Bagno pulito e spazioso. l'unico neo una doccia un po' piccola, sarebbe da ristudiare, perchè il posto c'è. Il personale tutto è stato veramente all'altezza, sia alla reception, che al servizio colazione (ottime le "lingue di Procida" sempre presenti!), che per qualunque esigenza di informazione sui servizi dell'isola, che sulla prenotazione dei taxi. Bello, veramente un bel soggiorno in un albergo comodo, pulito e in splendida posizione!!! (attenzione solo alla presenza del campanile della chiesa, che suona ogni ora e non solo... anche i quarti d'ora dalle 07,00 alle 24,00. Personalmente, al di là che sia turista o meno, non lo trovo giusto, anche perchè una persona potrebbe essere malata e voler riposare tranquilla). Un saluto particolare a Pietro che ci ha portati a fare una gita in barca bellissima! Patrizia e Maurizio

My friend and I spent a few days at La Casa Sul Mare 2,years ago and we knew we would return. This time we stayed for a longer visit and that was the right choice. We had our lovely, large room with an equally large terrace and a fabulous view. It was a pleasure to enjoy the company of the helpful reception staff who gave us great recommendations. Breakfast was the most delicious- the finest tomatoes, divine pastries, tasty yogurt, homemade jam and tons of fruit. The coffee was superb . The company, Franco , Giovanna and their son, Piero made us feel welcome and at home. All of this took place in the beautiful garden. A delightful way to begin the day. The building is handsome. The rooms are comfortable , clean and have as n old fashioned charm. One feels transported!

Bello e romantico , edificio d’epoca in posizione stupenda, sospeso sul mare. Camere semplici, di gusto ,con pavimenti di Vietri. Giardino pensile per la colazione indimenticabile. In camera c’è tutto quel che serve, anche il bollitore. Non aspettatevi lussi moderni, tecnologia, o altre diavolerie. Sarete ripagati da gentilezza, terrazzi stupendi, vista mozzafiato. Un posto autentico.
