Dirty, neglected structure.
Dirty pool.
The external restaurant "il pescatore", owned by the same hotel, is terrible.
Very bad experience. Highly not recommended!

Sono stata alla Suite boutique hotel per un weekend con mia cugina. Bella struttura sopratutto per gli spazi esterni e le grandi potenzialità … ma molte pecche! Avevamo la camera garden suite che essendo al piano terra risulta molto umida e per giunta senza finestra! Camera piccola e bagno minuscolo e scomodo con un lavabo adatto ad un bambino! Molti spazi verdi anche carina mente arredati ma poco curati ( mai visto un giardiniere o qualcuno che spazzasse le aree comuni) La piscina è un must … bella da vedere e da utilizzare peccato che la Struttura consente anche agli esterni di entrare e la domenica siamo stati invasi da bambini che hanno disturbato la Quiete ed il relax degli ospiti dell’hotel Il buffet della colazione dovrebbe essere più vario e accattivante In definitiva… struttura con molte potenzialità ma necessita di più cura dei dettagli e maggiore Manutenzione

We booked this hotel based on its 4-star rating, but unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. During a storm, the roof leaked, and we were without hot water for 24 hours. The air conditioning worked intermittently, and when it did, it sounded like a jet plane. The rooms were also very damp. When we brought these issues to the manager's attention, she claimed they couldn't control the storm, but the real issue was the poor construction of the building. The breakfast was subpar, with flies landing on the food. Many items were out of stock, and they blamed it on waiting for deliveries. We had hoped for a more pleasant interaction and compensation for the inconveniences, but the manager was more concerned with having the last word and could benefit from a customer service course.

Esperienza super rilassante, un’oasi di pace. Giardino curatissimo, vario, con piante di limoni , ulivi e palme. Nel cuore dell’isola ma non distante dal mare, dove si può arrivare in 6-7 minuti a piedi. Cibo curato e locale, ricca colazione , aperitivi e cocktail a bordo piscina molto buoni. Parentesi particolare: la spa è centro benessere, da provare assolutamente. L’unica di Procida da meritare un premio. Percorso benessere, vasta gamma di massaggi e trattamenti in un contesto esclusivo e chic. Possibilità di pacchetti spa e cena da non perdere. Consigliatissimo

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful hotel. Hotel shuttle service picked us up from the foot of the boat and was very accommodating to out itinerary. Our room clean, quiet with a very comfortable bed. The lady on reception was a gem to give us tips around the island. The breakfast choices were limited overall.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The main problem was a rooster that started crowing at 5 in the morning, right outside our door, and continued for hours making it impossible to sleep. We asked to change rooms, but were told that it was not possible because the animal belonged to a neighbor. No solution, zero interest. In addition, they never answer the contact details they themselves provide: neither phone nor email. In case of problems, it is practically impossible to communicate with someone. The first night we also had no light in the room. We immediately reported the fault, but we were told that they could not do anything until the next day. Upon our arrival and at breakfast they were kind, but this is not enough to justify the price paid. A 4-star hotel should guarantee a minimum of tranquility and assistance. Both were missing here. Not recommended.

Un'esperienza spettacolare da tutti i punti di vista. Un hotel stupendo in una location molto tranquilla, piena di alberi di limoni e di piante con i profumi di Procida. Una menzione speciale allo staff davvero incredibile. Sempre gentili, disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta e mai invasivi. Salvatore, uno dei ragazzi che ci ha seguito il piu' delle volte, e' un ragazzo di grande gentilezza e disponibilita' che in soli pochi giorni ci ha trattato con molta simpatia e sensibilita', facendoci sentire a casa cosi' come i suoi colleghi e colleghe. La sopresa piu' grande e' stata la cucina. Ci siamo trovati a mangiare in hotel il primo giorno per circostanza, ma dopo aver conosciuto la qualita' dei piatti di Gaetano, lo chef, siamo rimasti a mangiare molte volte per scelta. Un menu non troppo esteso ma che abbiamo avuto il grandissimo piacere di provare e sperimentare in lungo e in largo senza mai essere delusi da un singolo piatto. Gaetano una persona incredibile che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere dopo la grande curiosita' scaturita dai suoi piatti incredibili. Il miglior ristorante di Procida.
